(Edward was part of the Bully Trio who took pleasure in tormenting certain people. They even orchestrated the deaths of Engel's friends, taking absolute pleasure in that.)
Oliver: Look, it's the freak.
Zip: Why didn't he just leave?
Edward: Heh. Loser.
(Next day, Edward was planning another cruel joke.)
Edward: Time to prank the teacher.
(Unfortunately, he pressed the wrong button, setting off a real bomb.)
Edward: (eyes widen) Holy shit!
(Engel had noticed the device before anyone else, and without thinking, he had lunged forward to shield the teacher from the blast. The explosion tore through the room, and when the smoke cleared, Engel lay unconscious, a piece of shrapnel lodged dangerously close to his heart.)
Engel: Argh...
Edward: What have we done?
(Realizing he's in danger, They took him to the hospital and the doctors put an Arc Reactor on his chest to keep him alive.)
Edward: How is he?
Bad Doctor: Not good thanks to you!
Good Doctor: He's fine, he will.
(Then Edward and Zip start feeling regret for what happened, and then they noticed something amiss.)
Edward: Wait, where's Oliver?
(Zip sees a note which says "I regret nothing", much to their shock. Alice feels egret for being responsible for Claire's Death and the Teachers felt guilt for hurting Engel.)
Miss Grace: How could we let this happen?
Miss Circle: This is my fault too... If I was more responsible...
(She growls as she punches a wall. Several parents were outraged due to the incident, and Alice decided to miss out the classes for a while.)
Miss Grace: Edward, Zip, I know you and Oliver were the main responsible for that incident. That's why... (angry) YOU'RE SUSPENDED FOR THREE WEEKS!
(Edward and Zip gasp in shock.)
Edward: Suspended?! But, Miss Grace, What about our school trip?!
Miss Grace: After what happened to Engel, I reallized You. Do. Not. Deserve. To. PARTICIPATE! Now, LEAVE MY SIGHT!
(Zip sobs as Edward comforts her.)
Edward: I understand...
(He and Zip leave Miss Grace's room as he looks at Zip with sadness.)
Edward: This is all my fault...
(Zip faces back at him.)
Edward: I did this to him...
(What they don't know is that Oliver became the ruthless Winter Soldier while Engel would soon become the next Iron Man.)
