" All you ever do is study ! Don't you care about the house at all ? " Her mother's voice cut through the quiet, sharp and full of frustration .

" What will you do in your in-laws' home ? You think this studying is enough ? You need to learn how to manage a household ! Don't think for a second that we'll let you continue your education . Soon, you'll be married, and all this pointless studying won't matter anymore . "

Each word hit her like a blow, harder than she was prepared for . She stood still, her hands clenching tight on her dress, her heart pounding in her chest as she fought back the tears .

There was no use in responding ; no matter what she said, her mother wouldn't understand . She never did . Her dreams-of a life beyond this village, beyond these walls-were seen as foolish, even rebellious .

Without a word, she turned and walked to her room, her feet heavy as if the weight of her mother's words clung to her every step . She stood by the small, dusty window, staring out into the fields .

The sun was slowly setting, casting an orange hue over the landscape, but inside her, a storm raged . Her mother's scolding replayed in her mind, each sentence a reminder of how trapped she was, how her dreams seemed so distant now .

But despite the heaviness in her heart, she couldn't let go of the flicker of hope that burned within her . Somewhere, deep down, she believed that her life was meant for more than what her mother envisioned . She believed that Allah had a plan for her, a path that no one else could see yet .

Tears welled up in her eyes as she looked out, the orange sky ading into darkness, just like the uncertainty of her future . But even in the growing dusk, she made a silent vow to herself .

No matter what her mother or anyone else thought, she would not give up . She would fight for her dreams, for the life she believed she deserved .

Bound by her belief, her faith would be her strength . It would gude her through the storms, past the limits set before her and into the light she so desperately longed for .

This was just the beginning .
