I apologized profusely on the surface, but secretly breathed a sigh of relief that I should be fine!Three meals a day, after forcing myself to eat this food for the third time, a flash of bright light shone in through the large square window. What hit me at the same time was an inexplicable drowsiness. Clear as a bell, I couldn't resist the exhaustion and finally sank into the darkness. When I woke up the next day, the nurse came in first and gave me the medicine. After I took the medicine, the nurse left and I could hear the sound of banging on the wall next door. I wondered if I was stuck in some kind of cycle. But when the caregiver came in with a different flavored breakfast, I stopped thinking about it.I decided to stay in my room for the rest of the day and didn't go out until after dinner, when the bright light came back on and I began to fall asleep again. I didn't even have any extra energy left to find a way out of here, and that made me anxious. So the next thing I did was to stay awake and do something different every day. I tried to go back to sleep when I woke up, ignoring the janitor. But she made me get up and wouldn't let me stay in bed. "Even if you don't go for a walk, you can't stay in bed all day, it's not good for your health." If I hadn't seen the food, which I couldn't tell what it originally looked like, I would have really believed that she was doing it for my own good. After she left, I immediately lay down to go back to sleep. However, after I finished eating, I was still too sleepy to open my eyes. After a few days of observation and trial and error, I finally found a breaking point. I was falling asleep uncontrollably, and it all seemed to correlate with what I was eating each day. So I tried not eating, which didn't help at all, except that I would get so hungry that my stomach would hurt, and I would still fall asleep on time.Eventually I shifted my goal to the pills I take every morning, trying to hide them under my tongue and wait for the caregiver to leave before going to the bathroom and spitting them out. As it turned out, I was sleepy that day, but I did not fall into a deep sleep.
