Travel Period.

TRAVEL PERIOD chapter two ::

The 14th eventually came. Mi Young's parents were nice enough to help get their daughter and her friends to the airport with their baggage's. It was about a 2 hour drive. The girls in the back, laughed, gossiped, and sang altogether.

Once they got there, of course Mi Young hugged her parents and waved them goodbye.

"I'll miss you!" Her mother bowed her head and held her hand to her chest, as her dad was at the driver seat and bowed his head too.

"I'll miss you guys too! And thanks for the ride, we will be back in 3 weeks!" Mi Young exclaimed and waved to them again before taking off with Paj and Mizuki who has already walked towards the entrance.

They got in line and got their tickets checked, went past TSA, and sat at their gate.

"Ok so, we have 30 minutes- I say we should go get something to drink or eat." Paj tilted her head and thought out loud. Mizuki nodded.

"I'm pretty hungry myself, and I suppose it's better if we have a full stomach. They charge so much for food on the plane, it's worthless." Mizuki scoffs and rested her head back.

Paj and Mi Young nodded in agreement, why did they have to charge so much, as they all complained between each other.

They had Paj wait with their bags as Mi Young and Mizuki went to go find something to eat. Paj sighs and relaxes, she pulled out her phone and started going on her socials. After a while, she was slowly approached by a strange man.

"Do I know you by any chance?" He looked like elder man, arching his back forward and happens to he wearing a traditional Chinese wear. Paj sets her phone down and looked up at the man with curiosity.

"I-I'm sorry, I don't think we know each other?" She used her finger and scratched her cheek of nervousness.

"Are you alone?" The man asked and smiled weakly.

"I'm not, I have my friend with me for a trip but currently they are getting food. I'm just here to watch our belongings-" Paj replied.

"Such a kind friend, where are you heading?" He asked and tilt his head to the left, keeping that weak smile on his face.

"To China, we heard about this th-" Paj got cut off.

"You guys heard about the infection?" What he said made Paj more alerted. She nodded slowly and adjusted the way she was sitting on the chair and sat more straight up.

"So like, a lot of people know about this globally?" Paj moved her hands around as a gesture.

"Hmm. Not everyone, but why go over there? It's dangerous." The man warned.

"But, me and my friends were kinda silly and wanted to change the world! We believe that we can help change the world by ending an infection!" Paj smiled and claimed.

"You guys sure have an imagination, I admire that." He chuckled and nodded. "But if so, please be careful, you never know what happens."

Paj nodded and took note of what the man gave in advice. The man then left her alone and Paj laid back on the seat, overthinking everything that man told her in advice.

"Paj Hmoov! I got your drink!" Mi Young waved and said with excitement. She was holding two drinks, strawberry soda and classic sprite.
