(Aphmau's POV)

"We're bringing you all of your belongings we can find. Is there something you would like to request to be brought to you?" A member of the Guardian Forces asks me.

Well, that's the least you could do. I've been spending too much time with Zane...

*flashback*

Lucinda asks Ein into a room to speak privately.

Outside me thinks of the orange-haired girl a b**** while inside me hopes she runs away as far as her legs can carry her, which probably isn't that far because of the snow, but, still.

I catch what Lucinda says, "I have all of the ingredients for two different potions, one a potion of Memory, and, the other, a Forever Potion of Obedience."

Ein inquiries, "What does a potion of Memory do?"

"It can bring back or completely remove certain memories. The way you brew the potion decides, and you can also select the memories you want to restore or erase."

"Make the Forever Potion," Ein decides almost immediately.

"All right, brother,"

Hearing footsteps, I position myself to look like I am just about to enter the room.

*end of flashback*

"Yes, actually," I respond, "I would like the Demon Warlock's journal."

Registering the shock on the male's face, I clarify, "Oh, not for Forever Potions," I spit those words, sounding like they're poison on my tongue, "I've had enough of those for a lifetime."
