Chapter 18

"Where were you?" Jungkook asked in a sleepy tone as soon as Tae enter the room. Tae smile and climb on the bed. He lay beside Jungkook who quickly hide his face in tae's neck. "Nothing. Just went to drink some water since the jar was empty." Tae said while caressing Jungkook's hair who hummed.

"Why are you awake?" Tae again asked. "My sleep eventually broke when I didn't find you on bed." Jungkook mumbles. "Oh...is that so?" Tae said while Jungkook nodded his head. "Ok big baby. You can sleep now. I'm here." Tae said softly. Jungkook hummed and went back to his sleep.

But tae wasn't sleeping at all. He was wide awake. He was thinking about something.

Time skip to next day...
"Show us the CCTV footage of the day before yesterday." Tae said. Currently they all are gather to that restaurant where woobin and tae went to have dinner a day before. "S-sorry sir. I can't." The manager said little nervously. Tae poke his cheek with tongue before pulling out his gun from his waistband.

The manager widen his eyes. Tae point his gun to the Manager's forehead. "If you don't want to die then show the footage. RIGHT NOW." Tae said. Out of fear the manager nodded his head. He search the footage before showing it to tae. Tae stand right in front of the monitor while others stand just behind him.

One of the footage was showing that tae was eating his dinner while talking and laughing with woobin. But suddenly he get up and went from there. Then the other footage was showing that he went inside the restroom. He come out and hold the wall for support. "That's where I was feeling dizzy." Tae stated. Soon a guy in waiter uniform come towards tae.

But tae cursed when the footage glitched. It wasn't showing anything anymore. "Shit... what's that?" Tae asked in an angry tone. The manager gulped visibly. ' I-I don't know sir what happened. Wait...let me go and check." The manager said and quickly went out of the room to check what's wrong with the camera.

"Now what?" Jimin asked. Tae exhale deeply. "See... I told you that I didn't did anything." Woobin said and got a glare from everyone present there. "Well... it's not proved yet." Jungkook said. Woobin mentally smrik staring at the specific footage which is black now.

The manager come inside the room after couple of minutes. "What happened?" Tae asked. "S-sorry sir. But the wire of the camera is cut down. I d-don't know how this happened." The manager said not matching into tae's burning gaze. "The wire is cut down? You didn't know? How irresponsible you're?" Tae growl in anger.

Manager shiver hearing Tae's angry voice. Jungkook started to rub tae's back to calm him down. "Shh...relax baby. Let's check the other footages." Jungkook whisper to tae. Tae took a deep breath and nod slightly. "Show us all the footages of that day's evening." Tae said the manager nod and quickly come to an action.

A footage was showing that woobin was taking out tae in his arms from the restroom area. Tae's gaze stopped on that one. He look at woobin. "You took me out from there?" Tae asked. Woobin nodded his head. "You said that you need to use the washroom and left. But minutes passed. When you didn't come back I went to check on you and find you pinning a-against the wall. While that guy was forcing y-yourself on you." Woobin said with some tears in his eyes.

"I went to you and separate you from that boy. But you were already unconscious by then. So I took you out and place you on the car. But don't worry... I already teach him a lesson." Woobin said. But Jungkook still don't have believe in woobin's words. " That means woobin hyung is innocent." Jimin stated. "I'm not innocent until tae say it by himself." Woobin said.

Jungkook cringe seeing woobin's not so cute face. Tae took a deep breath before saying, "let's talk about it later." Tae said. He walk out of the room alone. After Tae Jungkook left first. Then others. Woobin was just standing there. He smrik at the manager who was standing there with his head hung low.
