Chapter VII

SEVYNE's POV:

I was still walking together with Shayne. We're on our way to Macie's room 'cuz we're gonna fetch her there.

We talked and talked, and I honestly feel like yun lang yung ginawa namin.

I took something out of my pocket, a piece of paper.

I looked at the girl's phone number written on it. Her handwriting was messy, though readable. Baka nag-mamadali lang siya mag-sulat kanina kaya ampangit ng pagka-sulat.

I stared at it. And by staring at it I mean STARING at it.

I don't know why pero... wala lang, gusto ko lang titigan 'bat ba?

I texted the girl na kanina, Robles.

We agreed to have lunch later together and I offered to pay for her meal as my way of apologizing.

Ayaw niya sana, pero I insisted kasi na ako na mag-bayad so no choice siya kanina sa text kundi mag oo.

, ( Fast forward ) ,

Time check: 11:12 pm

"Sev. Seeevv~ Sevyne!" Macie shouted.

I jumped in surprise, covering my ears. I guess medyo nalutang ako. Or let's just say, nakatulala ako the whole time.

"What?!" I asked, turning to her and giving her a confused look.

"Girl, what do you mean 'what'? Bae, you've been zoning out since you and Shayne went to fetch me sa room ko. And now that we're here kanina pa chilling and making chika sa student councils office, parang mas nag-double yang pagka-lutang mo. Tulala much? What's wrong?" she replied as she placed a hand on my shoulder, asking worriedly.

Macie is sweet for such an... annoying person.

For me ah, at least. 'di naman laging annoying, magulo lang talaga.

And yes, I don' call her ate Macie. Her age is just a year ahead of us naman. Plus, we're in the same year here sa school so what's the point of calling her that? I'd rather keep it casual.

"Totoo? Gosh... my bad I guess." I replied, sighing and scratching my head.

"Mhm... I wonder why?" Shayne uttered, catching Macie's attention.

Macie crossed her arms and looked at both of us.

"May 'di ba kayo sinasabi sa'kin? Walang sikre-sikreto dito. Spill!" she said aggressively, banging on the coffee table infront of us.

Shayne just laughed while I just sat there and covered my ears.

Ang ingay ng babaeng 'toh, jusko.

Shayne sighed and looked at me.

"Ask her kaya?" she uttered, pointing her finger towards me while giving a serious look.

I simply rolled my eyes, closing it and leaning back on the couch. Tinatamad akong mag-explain.

"Sev." Macie uttered in a serious tone. I guess she really wants to know. I mean, I was planning to tell her naman, since Shayne did tell me to do so earlier, pero SOBRANG tinatamad talaga ako mag-salita right now. Drain na social battery ko baks.

"Arghhh...mamaya na..." I uttered as I covered my face with a pillow. Ayoko talaga! Nakakatamad!

"Lyndia Sevyne Audrey Sevilleja." Macie repeated. This time, my full name? oa naman ne'to.
