After several takes, the director finally called for a break, and the crew began to shuffle around. Zoe quickly noticed that Mingyu's makeup had started to wear off under the hot studio lights. "Mingyu, we need to touch up your makeup," she said, moving toward him with her kit in hand. "You've been working hard, and I want to make sure you look perfect for the next shots."

He smiled, tilting his head playfully. "As long as you're the one doing it, I'm all in. I trust your skills."

Zoe felt a flutter of warmth at his words. "Thanks! I just want to make sure the cowboy look shines through," she said as she started to lightly wipe away the sweat and adjust his bronzer. "How are you feeling about the shoot so far?"

"Honestly? It's been amazing," Mingyu replied, watching her with keen interest. "It's fun to step into a character like this. Plus, working with you has made it even better. You bring a lot of energy to the set."

As they wrapped up the makeup touch-up, Mingyu leaned back in his chair, a curious expression on his face. "So, Zoe, I realized I don't know much about you. What's your story?"

Zoe was momentarily taken aback by the question. "My story?" she repeated, her cheeks warming slightly. "Well, I'm just a girl who fell in love with makeup at a young age. I've always been fascinated by how it can transform not just looks but also confidence."

Mingyu nodded, genuinely interested. "That's really cool! What got you started? Was there a moment that made you want to pursue this?"

Mingyu leaned back, intrigued. "That's amazing! What kind of videos were you making?"

"Oh, just tutorials and a few creative projects," Zoe replied, her enthusiasm bubbling. "I loved experimenting with different looks—everything from everyday makeup to wild, fantasy-inspired styles. I never thought it would lead to this!"

"Seems like you were destined for it," Mingyu said, his tone encouraging. "It's really impressive to see how far you've come. Not everyone gets that kind of opportunity."

Just then, the director called for everyone to get back into position, breaking the moment. Mingyu stood up, brushing off his outfit with a determined grin.

"Ready to rock this cowboy look again?" he asked, excitement sparking in his eyes.

"Always!" Zoe replied, her confidence renewed. "Let's make some magic happen!" As Mingyu made his way back to the set, she glanced over at Kate, who was busy touching up Woozi's makeup. The atmosphere between them was charged, and Zoe couldn't help but notice the way they exchanged glances—each one filled with unspoken affection.

Kate leaned in close, her fingers deftly applying a final layer of product, and for a brief moment, it looked like they were both leaning in for a kiss. Zoe's heart raced at the sight, sensing the chemistry radiating between them. But just as quickly, they pulled back, a hint of shyness crossing Kate's face.

"Looks great!" Zoe called out, breaking the tension with a bright smile.

Kate turned, a slight blush creeping onto her cheeks. "Thanks! Just trying to keep Woozi looking fresh for the cameras."

Woozi chuckled, brushing off the compliment. "I always look fresh thanks to you. You're a magician with that brush."

Kate laughed at his words, giving him a playful shove toward the set, which only charged up Woozi's laughter. "Get moving, cowboy! We don't have all day!"

Zoe couldn't help but smile at the infectious energy. She had never been in such a positive environment before, and the warmth of their banter made her heart swell. It was hard to distinguish between professional and friendly work; the lines felt beautifully blurred.
