"Thanks for today, Sensei." Ai said as the nurse pulls up the covers on her hospital bed, "But come back as soon as I call, okay?"
"Sure thing. Besides, I live really close by." Gorou said, "Well, if I don't make it, another doctor will attend to you anyway."
"No, I want you." Ai said stubbornly as she pouted
"I'm just joking." Gorou said with a smile, "See you later."
"Okay." Ai said
"Sensei!" Y/n runs towards him, "I forgot I wanted to gift you something!" Y/n is holding a bento box, "As a thank you I wanted to make a bento!"
He holds up a bento for Gorou and hands it to him, Gorou happy that he got a bento from his idol, to be honest he is very envy of his and Ai's relationship he wishes he could have a relationship like Ai and Y/n do, Perhaps he felt that relationship with Sarina-chan but after her death he lost something close to him.
He thanks him and leaves heading out of the hospital he opens the bento and eats it while he eats he is thinking, Once this is over, I'll lose my connection to Ai and Y/n... and we'll go back to just being an idol and their fan. "Hey, buddy. Are you Ai Hoshino's doctor?" a man asked from behind
Gorou turns around to look at the man and said, "She's using an assumed name. Even if you spotted her at the hospital, why do you know her family name, which as never been made public."
The hooded man backs away startled
"Are you affiliated with her?" he continued. "Can I get your name?"
Instead of answering the hooded man runs away into the forest

Back at the hospital...
"What's wrong, Y/n?" Ai asks she notices the man looking outside the window
"Huh?" He turns to her, "Oh I just...I feel like something is going on with Sensei, I feel I should check on him but I wanna make sure I am hear before you give birth."
On one hand Ai really wants Y/n to stay here and just pamper her till she's about to give birth but seeing that he is very worried for Gorou.
"Okay you can go." Ai says giving him a smile but then pouts, "You better come back or else i am gonna get mad!"
Y/n chuckles, "I'll be back soon don't worry." he reassures Ai and pats her head.
