I wasn't in right state of mind, but I didn't care. I needed him.
I stumbled through the crowd of people, searching for Milo. I had a little bit too much to drink and someone had offered me some "candy". I gladly took it hoping to relax myself. It worked a little too well. I finally caught sight of Milo outside on the patio, leaning against one of the many columns that decorated this giant house. I had gone to a party with a couple of our mutual friends, knowing he would show.My body started tingling when I seen him. He had on his grey short sleeve shirt with the sleeves rolled up to show off his muscular, tattooed arms. I wanted them- no needed them wrapped around my body. He wore his favourite black, baggy jeans and white converse. Such a casual outfit but he made it look so good. He was wearing the necklace I got him for his birthday. As I walked closer towards him I noticed a girl talking to him or more like flirting with him. I felt my jealousy spike. I pulled out my phone checking my appearance before making my way over to interrupt their conversation. Rude, I know but I didn't care. I like to be petty sometimes.
He noticed me before I could even say a word. "Hey Luci! I was just about to come find you." He said, using his free hand to pull me closer. I stumbled basically falling into him. His arm wrapping around my waist to keep me steady. "Milo..." I whispered grabbing his shirt pulling our bodies even closer. His shirt felt so soft, I couldn't stop myself from running my hands along his shirts and over his arms. "Luci...what are you- are you okay?"
"Um...is she ok?" I could feel the girls eyes burning in the back of my head. "Maybe we can talk later? After you're done babysitting." She giggled. I turned to look at her from the corner of my eye to see her wink at Milo before walking away in her heels. I turned back to Milo to catch his reaction. Expecting to see him looking at her while she walked away only to find his eyes on me. "Luc. Are you okay?" His face was only inches from mine. I couldn't help but to look at his lips. They looked so soft. I really wanted to kiss him. My hand mindlessly trailed its way to the hem of his shirt, tugging at it slightly.
"Luci?" He whispered, bringing my attention back to his eyes. His beautiful brown eyes. The hints of green when the light reflected in them. I felt as though I could stare into them forever. "I-I need you.." I almost couldn't get the words out. Then I flinched after realizing what I said. "I need you to take me home."
