I raised my head toward the door once I heard a triple knocks and my secretary voice outside.

'Come in, New' - Phayu

'Sorry to disturb you Your Highness. I just would like to remind you that your next meeting will be in another 30 minutes' - New

I raised my eyebrow and looked directly to New.

'Is this what I'm thinking right now' - Phayu

'If you are thinking about the potential His/Her Highness (Queen Luna), then you are correct Your Highness' - New

Before I can respond to him, he added

'And don't think to flees from this meeting  Your Highness, you have avoided this meeting for couple of months now since you are ditching you blind dates appointments set by the Royal Cabinets' - New

That's right. The Royal Cabinets which basically an Elders but focused on the Royal Family. They are the one to ensure the Enigma bloodline will not extinct. Currently, the last blood line of the lineage are me, my twin, Saifah and my cousin, Pai.

But luckily for Saifah and Pai, they are not harassed by them because they are to focused on finding my Luna.

Don't misunderstand, I would love to meet My Luna but i kinda lost hope after my Wolf refused to recognise any potential candidates during severals Luna Ceremony.

I ascended my throne as the Alpha King since I was 18 years old. After 8 years of ruling without a Luna, I started to believe maybe there aren't any wolf that can match with my wolf.

'What is the meaning of attending the meeting as I can already predict the outcome. At the end, they will only forcing me to choose one from their choices' - Phayu

'What are you talking about? On the other land? When we hosting the Luna Ceremonies, almost all eligible candidates are attending but I can't seem to find the one' - Phayu

'You just received an invitation to attend the Alpha ceremony and the Luna ceremony in the Moon Pack. The Former Alpha is inviting you to both ceremonies and add a request for you to guide the new Alpha' - New

New said that and placing the invitation card in front of me and walking to the door.

'If you accept the invitation Your Highness, you will reside there for 1 month and you will be able to avoid the Royal Cabinets' - New

Suddenly I became interested to accept the invitation as I will be able to evaluate the capabilities of the new Alpha, to see if I can find my Luna there and most important, to avoid the Elders.

'I will call you once the meeting is ready to start' - New

New walks out from my room and I stared to the invitation card for a few seconds.

I pick up the card and suddenly my heart is beating so fast and I forgot what it's like to breath as I was reading one of the words there.
