Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!

I groaned as I pressed the button.

Already the second day...  Whatever, time to get ready.

I got changed, did my hair and watched half an episode of Invader Zim.

My mom drove me to middle school, and I simply tried my best to survive middle school.

All we did was more get to know me stuff until...

"Alright class, today, we are going to be working with a Revolutionay War battlefield. I will pass you materials to build one. You may use some of my books to refence the battlefield. You can be able to choose your group, but however there can only be up to 4 people. Get in your groups when I say to."

Kids were looking at their friends or friends they made yesterday.

"Now."

I walked to Amber, Jade and Samantha gossiping with her.

"Hey guys!" I called out to Amber.

"Come on Roxanne," Amber responded. " Sit next to me."

There was an empty seat behind her, so I put down my stuff and sat in the empty seat. l scanned the surrounding area around Amber, which was Jade sitting to the left of her, and Samantha on the right of her.

"Alright class, these are your materials. Popsicle sticks," Ms. Jackson explained.

What if we make a bridge out of popsicle sticks? And maybe....

Classmates wowed at our battlefield.

Amber was bragging about it to Ms. Jackson, and Jade, Samanatha, and me were right behind her. We worked on it, I came up with the idea, and the others did the project. Amber asked us if she could present the project. I didn't mind her speaking since she didn't do anything. But then she said something that made my blood boil.

"And I came up with the idea and mostly did all the work!" Amber lied.

What the heck?

Amber glared at me if I was going to punch her.

"Next!" Ms. Jackson called.

I sat down trying my best not to make a face at her.

The rest of the three classes and my only break flew by. Amber was still treating J and S terrible, but when lunch ended someone came and patted my shoulder.

"Hello?" a girl asked.

" Uhm, hi," I answered.

" Do you know Amber?"

"Yes," I spoke.

"I just wanted to warn you since I was a victim of her bullying."

Really? I should've avoided her from the very start. WHY I SHOULD'VE I BEEN MORE CAREFUL!

The girl continued," She did horrible, stuff to me. She almost got me expelled because I was 'harassing me.'"

"Thank you, I guess."

" My names Lelise by the way."

" I'm Roxanne."

" Well, we have to go now. I'll see you guess."

I left the room and went to my next class.

Amber shoved Leslie into a locker.

Leslie looked so terrified, Amber's hand on Leslie's chest. I had ignored her for too long but this?

I shoved her away from Leslie.

Amber looked furious, her eyes beaming fire.

" What the heck, Roxanne!"

" What do you mean, what the heck!" I snapped back.

Kids started gathering around us as I helped Leslie up.

" I thought you were my friend!"

" I thought you were a good person," I answered coldly.

"Whatever!" she said as she shoved me aside.
