As I walked away more and more..I lost track of my steps. Then I suddenly bumped into.. SH- SPROUT?! I'm so done, maybe I shouldn't have had left Vee there.
"Bark!" A voice called out, I calmed down slightly as Sprout went for Pebble instead. I would have not lived to see another day. That was so scary..
I sighed before continuing on my tracks alone, hoping someone would catch up soon. And well.. Twisted flutter did. I hid behind a crate and hoped she would leave. Luckily she did though.
I found a machine quickly after and was on the verge of finishing it until I heard loud angry stomps again nearby so I hid quickly. History wasn't about to repeat itself.
Shrimpo came up and finished the machine for me which sent all the alarms blaring. To be honest that was the first machine I saw he completed. And yes, my machine was 99.9% away from getting completed.
I ran towards the elevator as Shrimpo called out for me, since he's really slow I decided to help him out and grabbed his wrist while rushing to the elevator. Goob grabbed Shrimpo once we were in line of sight as I was seconds away from the elevator.
Pebble barked excitedly while I noticed Vee. She looked pretty disturbed? I don't get why, does she not want me to help other people? I erased my thoughts quickly and went into the elevator on time.
Tisha came along too. With injuries?! Her pookie bear aka me does not tolerate injuries AKA ME!!!! I quickly rushed by her side as I grabbed her supposedly aching arm since she growled loudly. Sorry Tisha...
"Ow ow! That hurts!" Tisha squealed as she trembled. Maybe im making her injury worser, I'm really sorry pookie please forgive me for my actions.
Goob came up with a bandage and lended it to Tisha, I smiled at him genuinely as Tisha placed it on the scar. I felt someone's eyes on me but they were probably just looking at Tisha.
I soothed her by petting her back and it was useless. We picked decency and Vee threw a fit on how we should've picked tech savvy. Shrimpo could die if it weren't for the extra 5 seconds so sorry my lo- I mean Vee.
"Ugh! Goob could just hug him to elevator!" Vee protested angrily, though I kind of felt remorse when she looked at me angrily before her gaze switched to Astro. I can just feel the eye roll when she saw me pick the same card as others.
Elevator door opens.
Vee quickly ran to me with an angered expression. Seriously, it was just a card. She just tugged lightly at my wrist before crossing her arms and exiting the elevator. In which I also followed her.
"Are you mad at me because I didn't pick your card?" I chuckled slightly as Vee gave me a flushed look. "Uhh no?" She huffed as she uncrossed her arms to hold my hand. I don't know if it was for romantic reasons but she just lead me to a machine and forced me to fix it.
"Fix it. Or else." She threatened as I put my hand on the valve with a scared and wary expression. "Yes Ma'am.." I saluted as a joke, in which in response she slightly smiled to.
I smiled as well before finishing half of the machine and letting go of the valve. "Here! Now you do it." I said with a warm smile as I invited her to finish the machine.
"Oh uh, thanks." Vee said with a smile as I saw a faint minty green on the side of her eyes. I chuckled as I encouraged her to finish it. "You can do it Vee!"
Vee finished extracting the machine and we quickly rushed to the elevator, waiting for it to open at any time. And then..we saw Shrimpo camping the elevator.
Vee nudged my elbow gently as she looked at Shrimpo. "See, that card was useless." She said with an unamused face, side-eying Shrimpo.
I just smiled as Pebble caught up with us and lightly rubbed on my leg before distracting the twisteds again. I don't get why he's so cute! I'm so happy Astro introduced me to him.
I felt Vee's tail wrap around my waist as she pulled me closely. "I have some gossip." She whispered as I listened intently when she mentioned gossip.
"I feel like Goob and Shrimpo have something between them." Vee chuckled to herself before the elevator door opened, leaving me no time to respond
