On April 30, 2153, a group of 250 young Aristocrats boarded the USS Excalibur and some arrived on Star Base 10 on April 30, 2158 and the remainder arrived on Star Base 12 on April 30, 2159.
The group of young European, Asian and Middle Eastern Regency Aristocrats would be welcomed to Star Base 12 by the first settlers that arrived on Star Base 12 on February 1, 2153.
With the help of Frederick Weston and Lord Patrick William Howard, the two architects drew up the blueprints and with the help of the other men. They started to build their new homes, and Majestic Estate and Manor of Norfolk was the last one to be completed by Frederick Weston and Lord Patrick William in 2164.
