He was the son of Lord Albert Edward Howard, Earl of Kent, and his Countess, Lady Elizabeth Ann Capet, and he was the second child, and eldest son, but his sister, Lady Matte Colleen Howard would inherit the Earldom of Kent Territory from their father.
Lady Matte Colleen Howard was born in 2305, and Lord Edward Albert Howard would arrive in 2310, by special decree, his oldest sister, Lady Elizabeth bestows upon her nephew, Lord Edward Albert Howard, the Earldom of Wiltshire on Star Base 12.
Lord Edward Albert Howard becomes Earl of Wiltshire on Star Base 12 when he is only five hours old.
Lady Elizabeth was very kind to her sister and brothers other children that wouldn't inherit the father's or mother's title and property.
Lady Elizabeth has done the same for her younger daughter, Lady Susan Virginia Howard born in 2305 along with her many other nieces and nephews.
Lady Susan Virginia at the age of 18 and the year of 2323, turns down the title and proper and states " I just want to live like a normal person mom. Granny would have wanted that?"
"Oh! Indeed. She would. She deployed the aristocracy she married into" Lady Elizabeth explains. "You are still the great-great-great-great-granddaughter of Lord Patrick William Howard."
All the children sit in the drawing room and Lord Andrew Charles takes out Lord Patrick William's journal that he kept from the years of 2145 until his death on Star Base 12 in 2190.
