Nah, I'd Win.

Chapter 10

Yuji decks Todo in the face and Maki then says, "Split!" I head off on my own and get ready to deal with the small curses! I pray a little that Yuji will win as I run and hit all the little curses along the way! At some point, Adrien and I ran into each other and even though it was supposed to be a competition against each other we ended up accidentally working together to throw the other at other curses. It was so much fun! Adrien also proceeded to tell me about his friends at Kyoto and how he's the only one that he likes at the moment as Todo isn't interested in killing Yuji and how if anything they will become best friends. I then hear explosions and pray that my friend Yuji will be alright. Adrien gets another curse as I was distracted once more, "Ladybug! You're getting sloppy!" I laugh, "If anything kitty cat-" I snipe the curse behind me, "I am stronger than ever!" We laugh and continue to snipe any we see, well until. The second grade came up, "CHAT!-" "I SEE IT TO LADYBUG!" I call my lucky charm immediately and see Chat call his cataclysm, this thing was quicker than normal. 

Suddenly it disappears right in front of us, wait that isn't supposed to happen. We immediately run towards the entrance and quickly call Kaalki so we can get there quicker, when we do. We are face to face with Gojo-Sensei, Utahime-Sama and Gakuganji (Adrien's principal). Suddenly a vile is put up around the area, I look at them and see a text pop up, "Anyone who is at Gojo Satoru's level or higher can't enter this dome." HUH? Well that won't be a problem, Adrien and I were gonna head in immediately  but then the vile keeps us out. Wait what- the adults look at us strangely as well as we rush head first multiple times, even going in at separate time only to be kicked out once we both went in. "We'll discuss that later- anyway-" I start panicking and I can see Adrien getting stressed out as well. Gojo-Sensei sends us to our dorms so we stay safe while the school is under attack but before we do, we both have request, "Can you make sure Miwa is alright? She seemed hesitant to kill Yuji and I know Todo can-" I also chime in, "Can you make sure-" We start chirping about our classmates and Gojo just teleports us to our rooms and runs back. We both look at each other in shock. Wait- what?

"Adrien, I feel really useless outside the veil..." He nods in understanding and agreement. We both have been staring outside at the veil knowing we can't do anything in this situation as we have been brought to the dorms by Gojo-Sensei so we don't want to disobey him by leaving... but. "IT'S SO BORING-!!" Adrien pats my back in solidarity as we watch the veil in anticipation. We watch as the veil comes undone and I see a speck in the distance, "IS THAT GOJO?!" Adrien also looks over and I see him disappear, but then I see a massive purple light  split the forest. HOLY SHIT! Adrien and I look in awe at the light and then I ask, "Do you think that was Gojo?" We both look in shock and wait for everyone to come back.  I continue to work on Yuji's yellow sweater while everyone files into rooms to get healed by a woman named Shoko. 

After a while I was with Nobara, Yuji and Megumi eating pizza with them while we sat in Megumi's room. "So how do you get along with a gorilla like Todo?" My ears perk up at that and I listen carefully, "Well we get along but it was like, I mean, I do remember everything, but it feels like I wasn't exactly myself at the time." "What do you mean? where you drinking?" "You seriously believe that I could've been drinking liquor in a situation like that?-" We all eat our pizza once more and then Todo entered, Yuji ran so fast out of the door and Todo chased after him.

How are they now playing baseball? Adrien and I were called in to have our ranks adjusted. Gojo is recommending that Adrien gets to be grade one and Utahime/ Gakuganji recommended me to be grade one as well. So while everyone else gets to play baseball we have our ranks getting increased. "Now, you both aren't surpassing Satoru Gojo but when you both went to enter the veil you got blocked, showing you were on Satoru Gojo's field when together." We nod and they just update our cards and tell us that we will be on more dangerous missions from here on out. We nod and meet everyone back on the field and watch the game from a far. "Man, I wish I could join... but all the stations are full!" Adrien looked serious and then asked me, "You know, about our bet-" I smile and state my favorite obvious can't be hawkmoth theory yet! "I think it's Alix! I mean, she could be using the bunny miraculous and the moth at the same time and just causing mishaps so we would never know each others identity! I bet she is the one that made sure that I, Marinette Dupain-" A baseball hits me square in the face, "Whoops, Sorry Dupain-Cheng!"

I look over and see that it was Miwa who accidentally hit Mari square in the face. Forever unlucky huh, Marinette? Miwa runs over with an ice pack for Mari and apologizes profusely  at the down Marinette. I smile and laugh a bit at her bad luck. She pouts and Miwa runs off as Marinette assures her that she is fine. Yuji called out and she responded once more that she was fine. "Marinette, I know we are supposed to be joking about Hawkmoths identity but is it alright if I am serious?" She nods and tells me that she's interested in who I think it sincerely think it is. "Marinette, I think my father Gabriel is Hawkmoth-" "But we already-" "Please just hear me out." She stops talking and makes a hand gesture for me to continue. "He must've akumatized himself, any other person has been akumatized and I can't think of anyone else who has the time to be Hawkmoth. Also I only said it couldn't be him as he is my only parent left but-" Mari hugs me, "Adrien, I know. You didn't want your dad to be the villain, I understand." I feel tears slipping out of my eyes and Marinette continues to let me cry on her.
