I can imagine our kingdom is very different from what she has seen. She looks like a fish out of water. I watch her little sister hide behind her. She's nothing like what I have seen in this world. She's a creature from the deep, but that doesn't make them not vulnerable. They have sticks and no armor. No shields and only spears. How does father hope to win with these creatures?
"Are you sure this alliance is beneficial for us?" Ronal snuffs.
"You wouldn't have brought us here if it weren't." Tisyera mutters.
I look at her.
"It is nothing your highness." She bows her head.
"It's fine." I say.
"We must gather our resources mankind is pursuing at an unreasonable length." Father says.
"Unreasonable?" Ronal chuckles.
She glares at him.
"They are destroying our lands, and you call it unreasonable? Killing as they go along, as they please. How are you so naive?" Ronal hisses.
"I apologize for her." Tisyera says.
"She speaks the truth." I say.
"Brother." Sister says.
"It is not unreasonable. A wise man always tries to sort out a peaceful union." Father says.
"Much luck that has done for us." Ronal hisses.
