*september 5th thursday 6:03am* i woke up around 6 this morning and laid in bed watching tiktok. i got up showered and put my clothes on.

i felt super cute today, and confident. i went downstairs and saw baylor sitting on the couch not dressed for school eating and my mom cooking. as always.
"goodmorning guys."
"morning." they both said in unison. my mom walked over and kissed my head
"how'd you sleep?"
"great i had a dream about how i was a fairy. i had the power to heal."
"super cool honey....baylor of i have to tell you one more time to go get ready!" my mom walked up to him and flicked her towel at him.
"okay okay im going i'm going."
*8:00*
okay we're going love you mama!"
"bye guys love yall."
*1st hour*
"after school can i come over?" ashton tapped me and asked
"yeah if i don't hang out with weston. if not today definitely tomorrow."
"sounds good."
*lunch* i sat down beside ashton and a few minutes later weston baylor and brett cam and sat down baylor and brett sat on the other side of of the table, while weston sat on my left. baylor gave me the oooo eyes. ugh he's so annoying.
"hey els have the cheerleaders figured out the spirit days for next week yet?"
"yeah we're handing fliers out tomorrow so everyone has time to get stuff."
"omg i'm so exited my dress is gonna be amazing this year." ashton said.
"i heard that carter was gonna ask you to hoco." baylor said quite casually i wonder how he knows.
"wait really!!!?! omg when?"
"i don't know i wasn't listening that closely." okay the tone was not needed.
"oh well if you find out tell me."
"will do." baylor said annoyed.
"soo weston who are you gonna ask to hoco?" ashton asked knowing what she was doing. and i didn't like it
"hey weston will you come with me to get some chips?" baylor interrupted.
"yeah sure, see you later ellie."
"see ya weston." he smiled and walked off. that smile did something to me. my stomach got so many butterflies. ahh. i turned to face ashton.
"seriously??"
"whaattt i just wanted to know if he would say you." i just laughed and finished my cookie. *ding*
