The first day of classes at U.A. High had begun, but the teacher was nowhere to be seen. The room hummed with excitement and nerves as students settled into their seats. Katsuki Bakugo stood near his desk, arms crossed and an irritated scowl on his face as he glared at Tenya Iida, who had been chastising him for not following proper classroom etiquette.

"Do you always have to act like a damn robot?" Bakugo snapped, his voice sharp with annoyance. "No one gives a crap about your rules, Four-Eyes."

Tenya's glasses glinted under the fluorescent lights as he pushed them up the bridge of his nose, his posture stiff. "It's not about rules for the sake of rules! We are at U.A., the best hero school in the country. Order and discipline are important if we are to become proper heroes."

Bakugo rolled his eyes, clenching his fists. "Tch, like I care what you think. I'll be the top hero whether I follow your stupid rules or not."

The tension between them was palpable, drawing the attention of several classmates who watched the exchange with interest. Meanwhile, at the back of the room, Yuuki sat with Ochako, both of them engaged in a quiet conversation. Ochako smiled warmly at Yuuki, her eyes gleaming with gratitude.

"Thanks again, Yuuki. I really don't know what would've happened if you and Midoriya hadn't stepped in to help with that Zero Pointer. You were incredible," Ochako said, her voice sincere.

Yuuki scratched the back of his head, offering a modest grin. "It's no big deal. You'd have done the same if you could've, right? Besides, Midoriya deserves a lot of the credit too."

At that moment, the door to the classroom slid open, and Izuku Midoriya stepped inside, his posture tense and hesitant. His presence caused a ripple through the room, catching Bakugo's eye immediately. Bakugo's scowl deepened, and he wasted no time storming over to where Izuku stood.

"Oh, look who it is," Bakugo sneered, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Deku, the weakling who somehow managed to get into U.A. What, did you cheat or something?"

Izuku's face flushed, but before he could even stammer out a response, Ochako chimed in. "Come on, Bakugo. He helped save me from that Zero Pointer. If anything, you should be grateful."

Yuuki leaned back in his chair, watching the interaction with mild curiosity. He had always known Bakugo to be intense, but there was a strange bitterness in his words when it came to Izuku. Izuku, however, surprised everyone. Instead of backing down, he took a step forward, his green eyes locking onto Bakugo's with newfound determination.

"I didn't cheat," Izuku said firmly, his voice stronger than anyone had ever heard before. "I worked hard to get here, just like you. You don't have to like me, but don't act like I don't deserve to be here."

The room went silent. Bakugo's eyes widened in shock for a split second, before narrowing into a glare. His fingers crackled with tiny explosions as if ready to launch into a fight, but he held back, the unexpected boldness from Izuku leaving him off balance.

Yuuki exchanged a glance with Ochako, his eyebrows raised in mild surprise. "Didn't see that coming," he muttered under his breath, a smirk tugging at the corner of his lips.

Tenya, ever the peacemaker, stepped between Bakugo and Izuku, his hands held up in a gesture of calm. "Let's not fight on the first day. We're all here to become heroes, remember?"

Bakugo clicked his tongue in frustration, backing off reluctantly but not before throwing one last glare at Izuku. "You're still a damn nerd," he growled before stomping back to his desk.

Yuuki watched the scene unfold with a quiet smile. Looks like things around here are going to get interesting.

The classroom buzzed with confusion and excitement as the students sat in anticipation of their homeroom teacher's arrival. Just as the energy was reaching its peak, the door slid open, and in walked a disheveled man wrapped in a long black scarf, his eyes half-closed as though he hadn't slept in days.
