Even after tweek and craig flirted with each other, they still consider each other as friends....with benefits...
ANYWAY ENJOY!
No one's POV
Tweek takes a moment to adjust the collar of his oversized shirt, a small smile on his face. The new clothes are definitely an improvement over the prison uniforms.
Tweek: "Much better... I feel less like I'm gonna trip over these pants."
Molly glances over her shoulder at them, the corners of her mouth twitching up in a smirk. Despite their earlier complaining, they both look far better in the swapped pants.
The journey continues, the landscape passing in a blur of catus and dead trees. They keep a watchful eye on the dirt road behind them, still wary of any possible pursuers. But for now, the only thing they can hear is the wind and the steady clop of the horse's hooves on the ground.
The group falls into a silence, each lost in their own thoughts as the endless desert stretches out before them. The sun beats down relentlessly, causing sweat to form on their foreheads and stick to their skin.
After hours of traveling, they finally spot a town up ahead in the distance. A wave of relief washes over them at the sight of civilization. It's a small town, but it's a town nonetheless, and there will surely be somewhere they can stock up on supplies.
The sight of the town is a welcome relief from the endless desert. Craig cranes his neck to try and get a better look.
Craig: "Thank goodness, a town. We've been in the middle of this wasteland for hours."
Molly urges the horse to pick up the pace, and the animal obeys, lengthening its stride as they approach the town.
Molly: "Let's keep our heads down and try not to draw attention to ourselves. We don't want any of the townspeople recognizing us."
The others nod in agreement. They're all acutely aware of the risk of being recognized, especially now that they're entering a populated area.
They draw closer to the town, passing by the first few buildings and homes. The town is small but bustling, with people milling about and going about their business.
As they approach the center of town, they see various shops and stores lining the streets. There are signs advertising various goods and services, and some people give them curious glances as they pass by.
Tweek: "We should find a shop quickly and then get out of here before people start to realize who we are."
Molly nods, agreeing with Tweek's words. They need to keep a low profile, and the longer they stay in town, the riskier it becomes.
Craig looks around at the shops, trying to decide which one would be best to enter.
Molly then points to a small store on the side of the road. It's nothing grand or flashy, but it seems to be a general store, with a mix of different goods on display.
Craig: "That looks good. Let's head inside."
The others agree, and they dismount from the wagon. Molly ties the horse up outside, and the four of them head towards the store.
As they enter, a small bell above the door jingles, announcing their arrival. Inside, the store looks like a typical general store, with shelves stocked with various goods. An elderly man behind the counter looks up as they enter.
The shopkeeper gives them a once-over, his eyes taking in their disheveled appearances. Despite their best efforts to disguise themselves, it's clear that they look a bit out of place.
