We live in a world where the number of people you've kissed matters more than what grades you get. We live in a society where if you're not perfect, you're not worth it. Nobody is perfect, everyone has flaws. We live in a world where boys want one thing, girls want another. Nobody is looking for the same thing. A decent guy is hard to come by, a nice girl even harder. Nobody wants to be left behind, so we all crowd in together. Personalities clashing and people crying. Nobody cares and nobody ever will. People complain about society ruining their lives, but what they seem to forget is that they too make up society. Society is not a small group of people who dictate everybody else's life. It's a small world and we have to share. Don't delete someone else just to make more room for you. Learn to be happy with what you have. Move on from the past but never forget it,. Don't let someone else bring you down. You decide what ruins your day so don't let something stupid get you down. Learn to be free and you learn to live.

In Shakespeare's day, it was believed that life was like a wheel. When things are going good you are the top of the wheel. The thing about wheels is, they are always turning. It's not long before the wheel comes crashing down towards the bottom and you're left hanging by your fingertips. You're constantly trying to climb your way up, but the harder you try, the faster it spins. That's just life, and unfortunately you can't control it.
Niall thought he had finally reached the top of the wheel. This was his life and he was happy like this. He forgot about the underlying threat of Zayn's step-father. He forgot about the spiteful ex-boyfriend who he was still unsure about. He forgot about the ongoing depression that creeped up on Zayn everyday. He forgot about the upcoming exams. Everything disappeared when he was with Zayn.
But all good things must come to and end, and so came the end of the cloud Niall had been standing on, and he came crashing down, head first into reality.

Christmas was fast approaching and it was only 3 more weeks to the big day. Niall was eagerly anticipating the holidays to come whereas Zayn would rather walk on hot coal barefoot 10 times over than even think about going home for the holidays.
"Aren't you just so excited?" Niall squealed as he stood on his bed and hung tinsel above.
"Absolutely buzzing," Zayn murmured, handing Niall yet another piece of tinsel.
"Oh come on! Don't be such a Grinch! Christmas is going to be so much fun!"Niall said jumping on his bed and landing beside Zayn. Sitting beside his boyfriend he took his hand.
"What's wrong? Why aren't you excited?" Niall asked, poking Zayns cheek trying to get him to smile.
"Well I don't exactly have a happy home life Niall. In all honesty, I'm dreading going home," Zayn spat venomously, the thoughts of his step-father making his blood boil.
"Don't worry about that," Niall said. "Mam said you can come stay with us. She loves you. God knows why," Niall lightly teased, pressing a kiss onto his boyfriends cheek.
"Thanks for the offer love, but I have to go home, they won't pay for my college if I don't."
"Then I'll pay for your college, or you could get a scholarship. You're smart, you're at the top of all your classes, the colleges will be fighting over you."
Zayn laughed and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend.
"If only it was that easy babe," he said, pressing a kiss on the top of Niall's head. "But no, I have to go home. I need to see my sisters."
"Fine then, but only because you need to see your sisters," Niall huffed, burying his head further into Zayns chest. "But that's not an excuse to never call."
"I wouldn't dream of it."******
2 weeks to Christmas and emotions were running high in Zayn Maliks dorm room.
"I can't go back there, I can't!" he repeated, pacing the room.
