While the heavy-lifters take care of the bodies and securely apprehend the remaining soldiers, the rest open up a camp for the injured and fatigued within the hospital. After calming down the sick citizens and hospital staff, the original inhabitants of the hospital were moved to a less disturbed area of the building so they wouldn't be frightened by the bloody pirates.

Several doctors were in denial of the pirates' amiable nature, but most agreed to support the battle's aftermath. It takes a major weight off of Seonghwa's and Wooyoung's shoulders. Of course, they along with the medically attuned Circus pirates play their part in treating their comrades all over the hospital.

Ensuring the bone isn't broken, Seonghwa takes the liberty of patching Yuna's wound on her upper arm. Her older sister, Ryujin, sits by her side and comforts her. They lost a close friend in today's battle.

"There you go, Yuna. Be careful not to move it," Seonghwa says gently.

Ryujin looks at him with sad eyes and mumbles in the younger's stead, "Thank you. Thank you for saving her, too."

"No worries." Seonghwa really feels for them. It also makes him wonder how he might react if he goes through the same circumstance. He's not religious like Wooyoung, but he prays for that day to never come.

It's been hours since their victory, and the sun is almost void of the visible sky. A dark purple and blue hangs over the island, stars winking through the open curtains. Somehow, Seonghwa has hardly any clue where most of his friends are. He knows Wooyoung is down the hall treating more wounds with a medic from The Circus. He assumes Jongho, San, and Mingi are helping clean up outside.

He hasn't seen Hongjoong at all.

A nurse comes by to escort Yuna to a recovery room and make space for more patients. On their way out, they run into Mingi trying to enter. He kindly lets them out first.

"Seonghwa!" The prince bounds over to the elder with excited gray eyes. "I didn't see you during the battle at all. Are you okay?"

The medic hums agreeably, "Hm, I'm fine. My injuries aren't anything to fret over. How are you, Mingi?"

Mingi frowns and clasps Seonghwa's hand for warmth. Having contact with him provides the younger with consoling electricity. Similar to what he gets from his boyfriend, but on a platonic level. Some way or another, they're the most important people in the world to him.

"I got a few bruises and cuts treated by a nurse on the floor below," he answers.

"You didn't help outside?"

The younger shakes his head. "I did for a bit afterward. It was... depressing, to put it extremely mildly."

Seonghwa is one of many who didn't stick around and rushed to the hospital. He didn't want to waste any time on getting their comrades the help they needed. Therefore, he didn't get a good look at the post-battle city streets. With as hectic as it was mid-rumble, it wasn't too difficult to keep himself from focusing on the horrors around him; he still noticed, but he acted like he didn't to prevent the bile in his throat from spilling like the blood.

He can imagine how disgusting and vile Gimpo's port city looks right now, even as it's being cleared away. War is one of the ugliest things.

Massaging Mingi's hand, he wonders, "Mingi, how many battles has The Wonderland experienced before this?"

"I don't know. Since I joined, there's only been one or two serious ones. One of them being the battle that killed Miss Hyunyi and gave San that big scar. The other is probably when we went to rescue Wooyoung that time. Besides that, I've never seen anything like this. Even the slaughter on Jeollanam Island wasn't this bad, although, I guess the scale was significantly smaller."
