I couldn't help but stare at my boyfriend. He looked so scared and hurt. 'What happened to him?!' I thought frantically. That's when I felt a strong grip on my shoulder. I thought it was just Cody reassuring me, but when I turned around Cody was limp on the ground and his nose was bloody. 'He must've hit his head, and the guy that gripped my shoulder must have given him the bloody nose,' I thought. I looked up and there was the scariest looking guy. He had black, dirty, shaggy, hair, a scar over his left eye, dark brown eyes, and he was REALLY buff, so buff that even I got intimidated. "Werewolf," the man snarled in a deep voice. I shook a bit. 'I won't let him break me,' I thought. I smacked his hand as hard as I could, he flinched, but when I tried to get away, he grabbed me by my waist and slung me over his shoulder. "E-Emily!!" James stutter-yelled. "Put! Me! DOWN!!!!" I yelled, kicking and screaming. "KNOCK IT OFF!" he yelled. I whimpered, but kept kicking and screaming. He threw me into a room, that was dimly lit, on a cold hard floor. My ankle twisted when I landed. I screamed a bit and let a couple of tears slide down my cheek. The man closed and locked the door after he got out. I was in there for what felt like hours. My stomach was growling and my ankle hurt like heck. That's when a guard in a black mask came in. I growled, "What. Do. You. Want?!" I screamed. "Sh!" the guard yelled. "Oh really?! You kidnap me, put me in here!" I gesture around the room, "and you expect me to NOT be mad?! Heck no!" I yell. "Just shut up already, ok feisty one?" A familiar voice said. "What the," I thought for a second. "Cody?!" I whisper-yelled. "Howdy," he says, sliding his mask down so I can see his face. "Look, I want to get out of here, but, I can't keep running," I said. "You can until we figure out a REAL plan," he paused," but in the mean time, I need to get you and James out of here," he concluded. I smiled,"you've done way too much for me Cody," I said, still smiling. "Nah, I want to make sure you're safe," he said and smiled. I just remembered that I've never told you what Cody looks like. Well, he has sandy blonde colored hair and brown eyes. He is actually pretty handsome. Anyways. After I told him thank you, he smiled one last time before putting his mask back on. "I promise I'll get you out ok? Just wait a minute and I'll be right back," he said. I nodded, and he left. After about five minutes, he came back with a half asleep James over his shoulder. "Come on, we don't have a lot of time," I nodded. When I got up I whimpered at my ankle and fell back to the ground. "Y-you're hurt?" Cody asked worried. I nodded and told him I'd be fine if I didn't put weight on it. He nodded. When we got out I told him that I'd take James back to my house and tend to his....um.....wounds. "Be careful, ok?" he asked softly. I smiled and nodded, "thank you, so much Cody," I said and kissed his cheek. He smiled and......blushed? Awww! 'Whoah, I didn't realize how cute he could look when he was blushing, awwww!' I thought. Did I just think he was cute?! Woah! No, no! Just that it's cute that he blushes, yeah, yeah that's it. We both said goodbye and I took James to my house, and cleaned him up. After that, I watched him sleep for a few minutes. 'He's so peaceful when he's sleeping,' I thought, and brushed a hair out of his eyes with my finger. That's when I felt my eyelids get heavy and I let the darkness take me.
