The DISASTER date

I got dressed more casual for this date, so, instead of wearing a dress and "fancy" things, I wore jean shorts with lace on the bottom of the sides, a flowy black tank top, and black converse. I put soft pink lipstick on, and braided by "bangs" back into a ponytail and put a daisy flower clip on the side. I got in my car and drove to the park where we were having a picnic. I was so excited! After I parked my car I walked to the perfect spot for our picnic; under a shady tree and near the river. Yes there was a river right by this park. I was wondering where James was until two hands covered my eyes. I laughed and took those hands off my eyes. I turned my head around after dropping those hands just to find a familiar face. My face twisted with different emotions;disappointment, wonder, and just plain what?! Standing in front of me was Cody. "What are you doing here?" I asked, trying to sound enthusiastic, but failing miserably. He looked a bit worried. "Th-they have him," he said. I knew right away who 'them,' and 'him,' were. "What!" I exclaimed. He shushed me and told me he came here to help me. I nodded and told him thank you. After driving to the spot we were when he "captured" me before, we talked about how we were going to get in there. After thinking about it for a bit, he "captured" me again. I saw James, and he did not look good. He bad a black eye, a fat lip and a slightly bloody nose. I whimpered a bit seeing him that way. He noticed me and half smiled. I tried to smile, but I just couldn't, not seeing him like that I couldn't. Now here is where things got a whole lot worse.
