have you ever felt so alone that you felt like your whole life was a lie and you just don't fell like living it anymore?
That's how Emma felt after her mother lied to her father and left them, she got arrested after trying to put up a plain to arrest the girl's dad. She hate that woman.
She left her when she was 10 years old, now Emma is almost sixteen and she cannot return to her life.
Growing up almost alone, with no one, without friends, because every often someone would show to your face that the person you hate the most but gave birth to you is a criminal.
But she looks so much like her, the same curly hair, the same lips, the same eyes, the same brown eyes, that her father can't look at, and when he does, he won't speak to her for a week. But she couldn't blame him, besides she hates the same woman he does.
Debbie Ocean.
And now she went out of jail.
Years ago, while she was still inside, her brother, Emma's uncle, Danny Ocean, reached her and told me the brunette, that Debbie was coming up with a plan, another one, a dangerous one, that could put her in jail again. The little girl couldn't care less.
When she heard he died she got really sad, they shared a good bond, he would still see her a few times, without her father knowing, and kept telling her that she was not the wrong person in that story.
She couldn't believe him.
"Miss Becker, are you even listening to me?" the teacher called the girl and woke her up from her thoughts. "Emma Louise Becker are you listening to me?"
"No, i was not" she replied, God how this woman annoyed Emma, she always looked at her with disgust because of her criminal family.
"If you are not interested you can simply leave my class" she said trying to make me feel embarrassed.
The girl simply organized her material, which was fast because she had only brought her airpods and her phone, stood up and left the class without looking back, leaving her speechless.
Emma needed some fresh air, how could a person leave my life 5 years ago, when she was 10 years old, and now that Emma knows she may come back, do a mess with the young girl head.
She lighted up a cigarette in the school playground.
"You shouldn't smoke, it's bad" she heard a male voice from behind making her turn with an annoyed look.
It was her best friend Timothee, a black haired guy, with also curly hair and a smile to die for.
"Then you shouldn't too" Emma said as he removed the cigarette from my mouth and smoked too.
"I'm already dead inside, it couldn't kill me more" he said and the girl chuckled.
He was more fucked up than she was, his parents died in a car accident with him in it when he was only 5 years old, he kept switching houses, until he decided to run away, now he is being living alone on the streets of New York, with only 18 years old.
"Shouldn't you be in class?" he asked her and she rolled her eyes.
"The teacher said that if i wasn't interested i should leave the class and that's what i did" he laughed and shook his head indignantly.
