The Man Himself

"Nice to meet you. The name's Katsuki Bakugou." He says, with a smirk that compliments his face, quite attractively too.

You look towards him, nodding in acknowledgement before replying.

"I'm Y/N L/N, pleasure to be of your acquaintance." You extend your hand towards him to shake in a formal manner, which he responds by doing so, giving you a firm shake back.

"The pleasures all mine, I'm assuming I'll be under you instead of that old man?" He questions, raising his left eyebrow only slightly.

"It appears so-" Your response suddenly cut off none other than the so-called 'Arata.'

"YOU ILL-MANNERED BRAT! WHO YOU CALLIN' OLD?" He screeches.

You swear your hearing would be affected by his unappealing voice. And not only that, some of his spit landed on your cheek, which you quickly and disgustedly wiped away not wanting to get some chronic disease from him.

Arata seemed to have gotten a nerve struck by what Bakugou said, as he continued to scold and bicker with Bakugou.

Bakugou by the look on his face was enjoying tormenting the old man.

Having enough of this you clear your throat in hopes that both the males will stop, more specifically Arata who was acting like a prepubescent teen trying to pick up a fight.

Bakugou's eyes fell onto you and stayed silent waiting for you to speak, Arata on the other hand took it as a sign to lecture him.

"Learn how to respect your elders, boy" He says fuming. However it was your turn to cut him off now.

"Sir, I do believe we're here for a reason and not to argue over such trivial things, especially with someone you manage." You tell him.

His eyes widened for a second, turning his head to look at you. Completely forgetting you were there. Filled with shame as he mumbles an incoherent apology. Bakugou smirked at your words that shut up his old manager, about damn time he shut his trap.

With a disappointed sigh you begin once more, "Sir I do apologize but I want to know what exactly I'll be doing in my position of work."

Arata quickly clears his throat in an attempt to get rid of the previous shame, "Y-Yes, I'll get to it right away. First and foremost, you have met the 'star' you'll be managing, which is Bakugou here. You'll be managing his schedules, which include interviews, matches, and more. The employees you'll be working with will meet you later today, I'm sure Bakugou can lead you where to, as I'll be busy cleaning my office as today was my last day here."

You hum in acknowledgement taking the new information that was given to you.

Arata speaks up once more, "Oh, and if you have any questions about your position, you can ask me today or later you can ask management." He finishes off with a chuckle.

"Yes, Thank you sir." You reply.

"Well now that she's done talking to you I can take her to meet the others old man." Bakugou speaks up all of the sudden.

Arata fumes once more, however before he can tell him off you speak up.

"That sounds like a good idea, I wouldn't like to be a stranger to everyone tomorrow." You say in thought then looking at him in appreciation.

"Perfect. Follow me, I'll show you to everyone." Bakugou replies, gesturing to follow him.

Without a doubt you follow Bakugou towards an elevator that would lead you to your destination.

"So, how'd you hear about the job?" Bakugou asks curiously.

"My friend actually recommended me to apply for a job here as I recently moved into the area." You answer, easing his curiosity a bit.

"Really? How's Tokyo treating you so far?" He asks once more.

"It's been nice so far, I just have to get used to it here." You reply.

"That's how it always is, where'd you move from?" He questions.

"I moved from Miyagi." You say.

"That's quite far from Tokyo." He says surprised.

"Well a fresh start was needed and now here I am." You reply smiling towards him.

Your attention is suddenly shifted to the sound of the elevator dinging.

"Looks like it's our stop, c'mon I'll introduce you to the management team." He says leading you.

After getting acquainted with everyone who you'd be working with you could feel your social battery drained. Even with such little interaction just being in an area with lots of people drained you.

"So what'd you think?" Bakugou asks suddenly appearing next to you,

"Everyone was nice, I do hope I made a good impression on everyone." You say truthfully.

"I don't think you have to worry much. Everyone's glad that they don't have to manage under that stingy old man anymore." He tells you.

In truth you were glad that was the case but your curious nature spiked up a bit once he mentioned 'Arata.'

"Really? What was he like during his time here?" You say, curiously.

"Well, to be frank, he was a pain in the ass. He thought since he was the manager it was his job to make everyone miserable, especially me, not that I don't enjoy a good fight though. But the old geezer over-all didn't know what he was doing." He says

"Really? I was getting that vibe from him before but I didn't want to assume." You voice your thoughts.

"You weren't wrong to assume. The old guy's a misogynist too, surprised he didn't say anything." Bakugou adds.

"Well good he didn't otherwise me and him would've had problems." You say serious for a second.

Bakugou smirks hearing you say that.

"You leaving already?" He asks.

"Yeah, I'll see you tomorrow though, we'll be officially working." You say.

"It's dark already, I'll walk you to your car." He says.

"Oh, that's ok I don't want to bother you." You say.

"Nonsense, c'mon lead the way." He replies quickly.

You smile at him in gratitude showing him the way to your car so he can walk you off there.

Once you were getting in your car you both bid goodbyes, you wave at him once you start to drive off heading home.

Tomorrow would officially be your first day of work at Tokyo Star Agency alongside Bakugou and the rest of management.

You wonder how it'll be.
