Sonic couldn't believe his eyes he hadn't seen Erza in years and he couldn't lie she had become quite beautiful, Sonic shook his head in disbelief "heh so how you been" Sonic aske, he began to feel a bit guilty for never coming to visit like promised

"four years!" Erza said sternly "I haven't seen you four years, where have you been i told you where the guild hall was you could have dropped by at some point" she would never admit it but she had been hoping for a moment like this for ages, getting to see sonic again after all this time

"ok I admit im in the wrong here, i was just never really in the area, i mostly living around some smaller islands off the coast but i did make a point of making magnolia my first stop on my tour of the mainland" Sonic put his hands up in defence

"heh jerk" Erza gave him a light punch on the arm "you never change do you" the two broke into laughter, they both knew there where no real hard feelings between them

the light blue haired girl had gotten up by now and walked over to the two hedgehogs "hmm so are you gonna introduce me to your friend Erza" she smiled

"ah yes of course, Levy this is Sonic i met him on a quest some years ago, Sonic this is Levy she's a member of the Fairy tail guild" Erza introduced "Sonic since your here I simply must show you the guild hall, you'd love it there"

"heheh alright Red, lead the way" sonic smiled putting his arms behind his head as he followed Erza short distance

they came to a large building that had the name Fairy tail written above its door, when the trio entered Sonic could instantly tell this was his kind of place, there where tons of people about talking, laughing and even brawling the whole place felt so alive, sonic took a deep inhale as he admired his surroundings "have to admit pretty nice place you got here"

a boy with spikey pink hair and a scaly scarf came over to the two hedgehogs he was followed bu a boy with black hair and a blonde girl,"hey Erza who's your this guy?" The pink haired boy asked

"Natsu,Gray, Lucy i'd like you to meet my friend Sonic, im just showing him around the guild hall" Erza answered

"is he strong?, let me fight him" Natsu shouted as he jumped up on a table with fire spilling out of his mouth, this got a sigh from the other two wizards with him, Sonic chuckled assuming this was a regular behaviour from this guy

"sorry dude but i don't think you'd be able to keep up with me" Sonic snikerd as he disappeared causing Natsu to look around him only to find Sonic standing right beside him

"stop teasing the boy Sonic and Natsu get off the table" Erza sighed, the sonic chuckled as he jumped off the table followed by Natsu

"jeez this guys pretty fast" gray observed

"I'll say, it looked like he just appeared right beside Natsu" said a small blue cat he wasn't a mobian Sonic could tell that by his smell but Sonic decided it didn't really matter what species the little guy was

"hehehe i'm more than just pretty fast pal, i'm the fastest thing alive" Sonic smirked

"i see that all these years have done absolutely nothing to quell your ego" Erza chuckled as she crossed her arms

"hmm so how long have you two known each other?" Lucy asked curious about the blue hedgehog in front of her

"i met him about 4 years back while on a job but we lost contact after that im afraid" Erza explained thinking about all the days she hoped Sonic would just drop by the guild

"Jeez Erza, i said i was sorry" Sonic sighed

"you can't just meet a cute girl and not say a word to her for 4 years! Didn't anyone ever teach you how to treat a lady" Lucy exclaimed causing Erza to sigh
