Chapter 9

Finally, they came to a stop. The roller coaster wasn't moving, and Jayla's eyes were shut while squeezing Jaden's hands.

"Calm down babe! We're okay. Time to get off!" He said picking her up.

"I am never getting on this ride again!"

"Me either! I thought I was gonna die, then I wouldn't be able to kiss your beautiful face anymore." He said smiling.

"Aww.. Let's get on another ride!"

Then, the man came from the ride and started telling us what happened.

"I'm really Sorry guys! This has never happened before. Honestly, I don't know what happened. I will call the manager about this. Sorry you didn't enjoy the ride."

"It's fine! Now, I know Jaden is very protective of me." She said smiling

Jaden started smiling, and they told the man bye. Next, they went on the drop. Both, Jaden $ Jayla, loved this ride.

"Ready guys?!" The mad said yelling,

"Ready!" Jaden and Jayla said laughing.

The ride went up slowly all the way to the top. A couple seconds went on and right when Jaden was about to say something, the ride dropped and Jayla started screaming. It went up and down about 3 times, and the ride was over.

"That ride is so fun, but when we drop it feels like butterflies!" Jayla said laughing.

*2 hours later*

"Let's play this!" Jayla said pointing to a basketball game.

"Let's go against each other!"

"Okay. If I win you have to do something for me." Jayla said smirking.

"And If I win you have to marry me."

"Jaden, we've only been going out for a couple weeks."

"So. I love you already!"

"Oh. Let's play the game!!"

"Ok whatever."

"On the mark, get set..... GO!" The machine went.

Jaden and Jayla both shot 2 baskets. Then, as the time went down.. 5..4..3..2..1.. Jayla shot the last winning basket!

"Damn. I didn't know you were that good!"

"Well, you know, I am the best player in the school..." She said smirking.

"Yeah ok!"

"Mhm."

"So what do I have to do for you?"

"you'll see!" She said smiling.
