Day 11

Eren's hardened Titan falls to the ground and out pops a hole in the nape of the Titan. Levi quickly hops down from the ledge he's standing on and over to the Titan to help Eren release himself. Eren sighs when he finally stands from the group Levi sat him on, "Was that good, Heichō?" Eren asks.

Levi hums, "You did good today, Yeager. Although, I'm sure four eyes'll want to run more experiments."

Eren chuckled and beamed at the praise. His long brunette hair flows in the wind, getting in his face as he walks next to Levi. "Your hair's getting longer these days, you plan on keeping it that way?" Levi says in a conversational tone.

The question kind of catches Eren off guard but he doesn't let it show and replies easily, "Y-Yeah. I wanted a change of style, it doesn't look bad, does it?"

Levi shakes his head, "No. I like it, it suits you."

I like it. Eren smiles, "Thank you, Captain. Have you ever thought about growing your hair out?"

Eren looks at Levi's face, watching as he thinks on it for a moment before looking at Eren and replying, "I have when I was around your age. I figured it wouldn't look right on me so I never did it."

Wouldn't look right, Eren thought. In Eren's opinion, Levi could shave his head bald and Eren would still think of him as the most attractive man he's ever seen. "I-I think you would look good with long hair, captain."

Levi glances at him, "Do you?"

"Yes! You're very handsome, it would suit you since you're already good-looking."

Levi chuckles and shakes his head, "Thank you, Eren. Head back to your quarters and wash up before they serve dinner. You reek of Titan."

Eren nods obediently, "Yes Captain."

Eren doesn't know exactly when his little crush on his commander began. He didn't even know he could fall for someone who just orders him around all day. He told Armin and Mikasa about it a couple of nights ago and they nearly bullied him to the grave for it.

Mikasa was the first to speak her mind when he told them, "Captain Levi? Really Eren?" She sighs in disbelief, "You must enjoy getting knocked upside the head?"

Eren frowned, "No, that's-"

"Or it could be the compliments," Armin suggests from his bunk bed, "They do say that you're more prone to like someone who constantly realizes your talents and Captain Levi doesn't say nice things to people a lot so that could influence it more."

Mikasa hums, understanding Armin's point, "I can see that. Levi rarely gives out praise so maybe Eren here, has taken that to heart more than he should."

"You two are being idiots. All I asked was for advice." Eren retorts.

Armin shakes his head, "My advice would be for you to give it up, Levi's your commanding officer. He'll beat the living shit outta you."

Mikasa, who was currently doing sit-ups, says, "If it makes you feel any better, I think Reiner still has the hots for you."

Eren grimaces, "Ugh, no. Ew."
