Chapter 10-Moving In

(Back in Osaka)

Shouta: You ready to tell mom the news? Aria: How do you think she'll react? Shouta: Hopefully good, and if not there's not much she can do anyways I guess. Aria: Yea, I just hope she supports us going off so suddenly. She was fine with us doing the exam but actually making it is the reality I don't think she was expecting. Shouta: Here goes nothing. *opens the door* Aria: Mom we're home! Mom: Welcome back!! I missed you two so much! *hugs them* Mom: So, how did it go? Win or lose I'm still proud of the both of you! Shouta: Well, about that..we think it would be better if we talked about it together. Mom: Oh, go ahead then. Speak your mind. Shouta: Well uhm, I guess the easiest way to let it out is to not sugarcoat it. Mom..We passed. Mom: *gasps* Oh my goodness. You passed both exams? Aria: Yea we did. They would like us to move into our new dorms by the next month. Mom: O-Oh that's very sudden isn't it.. Shouta: Mom, we're sorry. I know you didn't let us take the exam so we would come back and tell you we're permanently moving over an hour away. Mom: Haha no. No I sure didn't.. I'm not telling you no obviously you already are in it whether I say my opinion or not haha. Aria: Sorry.. Mom: No no please don't apologize. You both are just too good I guess haha. I just remember when you were both so little..

(10 years in the past) 

Shouta(age 6): Tag! you're it! Random boy: Aw dang it! Haha I'll go after little Ari! Not like she's gonna outrun me! *Pushes Aria(age 5) down* Aria: Ow! That hurt! Shouta: Hey! *grabs his shirt and pulls him close to his face* You better apologize right now to her! Aria: Sho, you don't have to defend me its my fault- Shouta: No! He's not gonna hurt you again as long as I'm around. Random boy: And what will you do if I don't, you jerk? Shouta: I'll beat you up! Mom: Woah woah! Shouta! Put that boy down! Shouta: I can't just let him go after pushing her! Random boy: Fine fine! I'm sorry j-just don't hit me please. Shouta: Fine. *puts him down and the boy runs away.* Shouta: And stay away from her! Sissy you okay? Aria: Yea,  I'm just a little dirty. Mom: Shouta, if there is a problem you come talk to me, okay? Shouta: But- Mom: No buts, you aren't old enough to be settling fights like that. I appreciate you protecting Ari but you need to calm down. Shouta: Fine. *eye rolls* C'mon sissy lets go watch a movie! Aria: Can we watch a princess one? Shouta: Yea of course! Let's go! And side note, you aren't getting a boyfriend until your 20. Aria: Aww! Shouta: You don't need one you got me! *smiles, grabs her hand and runs home with her*

Shouta: Ha, never seen that kid since. Guess he learned his lesson. Mom: And that one time Shouta accidentally pushed you into the pool. Aria: Haha I remember that. Shouta: Oh my gosh I thought you were gonna hate my guts after that! You slid right into the deep end haha. Aria: Yea I could've drowned because of you! Shouta: I wouldn't have let you drown, relax. 

Mom: I guess I should stop with the memory lane haha. Well, I hope you two enjoy your new lives. Make sure to visit when you have time. You've grown up too quick for my brain to comprehend. Shouta: Oh we definitely will. Uhm actually mom there's something else. Mom: hmm? Shouta: We're actually on different teams. Aria: Yea, I actually am on Gems and Sho is on Snakes. Mom: Oh, well I'll make sure to come to the matches then so I can see you both compete! Aria: Thanks mom. Mom: Please, have fun. And we have contact in case you need anything. *smiles* Aria: Well, I guess we can get some rest and start packing. 

(Move in day)

Soohyun: Look! There's Ari! Haise: Hey! We've been waiting for you. Aria: Sorry the train was packed and it took a while to get on and off. Mina: Nah, you're good. This is the address. No one else is here it seems except a couple cars. Haise: We did do this a week prior to the due date so most people are probably waiting until last minute. Can't believe its already mid January. Aria: Yea me and Shouta got to have one last New year's together before we start working in the league. Mina: Aww, that's so sweet! Aria: Yea, uh anyways have any of you seen the inside yet? Haise: Nope, waiting on you to get here. Soohyun: She's here, lets go see. 

(inside the house)

Mina: Woah! This place is even more humongous than it looks! Haise: So clean too. Aria: Lets go scope out rooms. Soohyun: Already? Oh-Ok I guess we're going. 

Mina: There are rooms here but look these have nametags on the doors. People already have these and it looks like there's only like 6 or 7 left. Soohyun: The 4 of us could probably double up. There is going to be more move ins so we need so save room for them. Mina: Lets do girls 2 and boys 2 then. Haise: Then its settled. Pick your poison. Mina: The only poison is your guys' room. Aria: Okay we're going now. *drags her by the hand* Mina: But we just got started! Aria: And you just got finished. Mina: You little-
