AH held the water globe throwing it to the floor smashing it into pieces

HM: Anu! Nahi

Kneeling down on the ground trying to salvage what was remaining of the globe while he looked at the remaining of the contents angrily destroying them. She didn't even try to stop him this time seeing the sheer anger in his eyes that scared her. The eyes that only had love for her now had anger and hate. He walked to her bed stand and saw the picture of her parents with a sandal wood garland around it. He didn't touch or let anyone else touch the last memories she had with her family.

He gave her 2 weeks to prove herself innocent and went away. She was asked to report to the IB office and kept her waiting all day. His actions affected her and broke her on daily basis to the point she was ready to give up. She had no support besides her Genda ma who came to live with her at this time of hardship. Radha too wanted to be with her but couldn't dur to her responsibilities towards her kids. HM tried her best to prove herself innocent but something or the other came in between.

One evening she went to his home to talk to him to ask him no to beg him to free her from this mental torture. If he wanted to arrest her, he could do it or even kill her he can but this was hard for her to deal. She was seated in his hall waiting for him to come. She was dressed in the colour he loved on her it was not by choice but the clothes she owned were colours he loved seeing her in. It was her way of loving him from a distance all these years.

AS: Ms Malik app yaha aree wah danya bhag humare jo app humare dwar padare

HM: Anu... humara matlab sir hume apse baat karni hai

AS: kahiye kya kehna hai apko

HM with tears flowing from her eyes: hum jante hai app humse naraz hai jo humne kiya app usse naraz hai par please hume maaf kar dijea sir please apko jo saza deni hai woh deh dijea hume par bhas iss mental torture ko rok lijea humse aur sehen nahi hoga please sir agar apko jail bejna hai hume bhej dijea jo karna hai kar lijea par please hume iss torture se azad kariye

AS closed his eyes taking a deep breath: toh kaha karna hai apko yaha pe ya phir bedroom mein? Dwar band karde hum ya phir...

HM: Anubhav! Kya keh rahe hai app!

AS: toh kya karna chati hai app Ms Malik matlab dekiya na app yaha humare manpasand kapde pehen ke ayi hai itni sundar dikh rahi toh iska kya matlab samjhe hum. Ya phir kisi 5-star mein room book kar leh apko waise jagayein pasand hai na

HM: app itna niche ghirenghe hum kabi nahi soch sakte the

AS sat near her while she moved away trying to cover any little skin that was visible: app jo chati hai hum woh hi kar rahe hai. App toh faida utana toh ache se janti hai jaise apne apni vardi ka aur iss MLA ka faida utaya hai! Jaiye unke pass woh hi cheek cheek ke keh raha hai ki unhone apko rishwat khilayi hai

HM immediately stood up getting away: hum yaha apse mafi mangne aye the Anubhav kyunke tak chuke the hum. Sach kahe toh faida utana kabi humne sika hi nahi agar atha hota toh yaha apne kapde fadke chikte chilate ki app humare sath koi neech harkat karte!

AS: toh karti kyu nahi app

HM falling on her knees sobbing: kyunki hum nahi hai aise! Hum ne nahi kabi apnse farz se nahi kisi aur se gadari ki sir aur nahi kabi kareinghe! Kabi nahi kareinghe kabi nahi

AS just stood there though his heart wanted to rush to her to comfort her but his mind refused. HM collected herself and walked out. She went to the MLA along with the lawyer who had offered her a meeting with him. Upon speaking to him she threatened him that she will not only expose him but also be the officer to arrest him. She had returned home feeling alone and depressed when the bell to her house rang sometime after midnight. Upon opening she saw it was AS and his team who arrested her. She having given up on everything didn't fight back or say anything till she was behind the bars. She had not spoken a word till AS came to her.

AS: Happy birthday Ms Malik

HM gave him a dead smile: shukriya sir apne toh hume humare zindagi ka sabse behtar tofa diya hai. Umeed hai app kush hai

AS: behat kush hai hum

HM: chaleye koi toh kush hai pata hai apko sir hume na uss waqt se nafrat si hogayi hai jis samay app humari zindagi mein aye the

Saying so she went back to the corner sitting there silently lost in her thoughts. She stayed there till the court date where she was taken to the court for her hearing, she stayed silent throughout the hearing when the prosecutor played a video of the conversation she had with the MLA and to her surprise the video didn't end when she left infact the video continued with the MLA talking to her Genda Ma.

G: yeh kuch zyada hi udd rahi hai isko maar dalne ke waqt ah gaya hai. Kill her ASAP aur suicide ka roop dena. Iska ashiq aur iske badle ke chakar mein humari jaan ka satyanash ho raha hai aur sara ilzam uspe dalna bohot sabut hai hum logo ke pass yeh prove karne ke usne yeh kadam uske waja se utaya hai.

MLA: aj raat HM ka the end

G smirks: bohot faida utha kiya humne humari pyari batiji ka bohot paise kamaye hai iske naam pe

Confessing all her crimes making HM look at her in horror and hurt. Tears flowed out of her eyes freely as she felt what heartbreak is. The woman who she treated like her mother after the passing of her parents broke her heart and trust. The judge announced that she was innocent and can join her duty on immediate basis and ordered to arrest G and the MLA.

Before she went home, she went to AS and thanked him for his help. She made her way back home lost in thoughts. She realised one thing that she is still madly in love with him if not more and so was he. It was only that his ego and hurt that was preventing him to listen to his heart. She was now determined to win him back and do anything she can possibly do to win her love back.
