Their happy days changed to months and the months changed to another happy year. But they say too much happiness attracts evil eyes and, in their case, it was SI Naina who was madly in love with him and always the cause of their fights. In the almost 3 years of their marriage, they never had big fights but tiny little tiffs and bickering's but the major fight they had was because of her. AS always thought it was HMs insecurity that is causing her to act the way she did when around her. HM never acted impulsively or did anything that would embarrass him or their relationship.

Naina had seen their behaviour around her and assumed that AS was being forced into this relationship and HM was a controlling wife. She believed that AS deserved someone like her rather than HM. She purposely started created situations where AS has and her would always come in contact with each other. She started selling false narratives to make AS believe that his wife is a controlling and insecure woman. The fake situations started creating fights between the couple which had now gone beyond their normal bickering. There had been times where both had slept facing the walls with their backs facing each other. The space between them was enough to be big enough to fit a full person between them. Infront of the family they were normal like they would be on any random but inside the bedroom it was a warzone both not ready to be the first person to step down. AS had turned to the person he was before their marriage a workaholic imbalanced person.

It was one of the days when they had one of the little tiffs because of yet another issue fabricated by Naina. AS had stayed back at the headquarter not wanting to get into another bickering match with his wife. when KS, VS and PJ walked in to their house with a box of sweets.

Ma; aree Kashi, damad ji aur PJ app sab yaha sab thik toh hai na? Betiye na

PJ: haan woh app sab se milne ka maan kiya toh agaye

Baba: acha kiya app logo ne kitna samay hogaya hai hum sabne sath mein samay bitaya

KS: Anu bhaiya aur bhabi abhi tak nahi ayi?

Ma: aree nahi Hasi kabka agayi tere bhaiya hi hai jo abhi tak nahi aye

KS: hum phone karke dekte hai

Baba: nahi rehne deh roz ka hai uska pehle toh humesha sahi samay par atha tha par shayad zyada kam hai isliye Hasi bhi kuch nahi bolti

HM: Ma woh... are Kashi app sab kaise hai aur apki chuti kaisi thi

KS hugging her tightly: badiya thi bhabhi

HM hugging her back: sab thik toh hai na? App thik hai?

KS: kya hum humri bhabi ko gale nahi lag sakte hai

HM: app lag sakti hai hum bhas aise hi puch rahe hai

Everyone waited for AS but as dinner time approached HM escorted everyone to the table and tried calling AS but the phone went to voicemail straight away. Everyone had their dinner while HM sat with chatting away with them while she waited for her husband while the others didn't force her knowing her habit of eating with him.

KS: hume app sabko kuch batana hai socha tha sabko eksat batayenghe par lagta hai unke bina hi app sab ko batana hoga

Ma: kya hua? Sabkuch thik toh hai na

KS nods blushing: woh... amma woh... woh hum amma bane wale hai

MA: kya!

As a wave of joy broke out as everyone hugged her congratulating and blessing KS for the news, she gave them. They had all been waiting for this news for a long time. Everyone hugged her and spent time pampering her. Ma insisted KS and family to stay with them as it was late and not good for her to be out so late. HM got their rooms ready and cleared everything up after them waiting for her husband to get home. Though she may be mad at him but she still loved and cared for him. She was worried as he wasn't answering his phone nor did she have a text or anything from him saying he will be late. Yes, him coming home late was normal but this wasn't. She was worried sick and the moment he stepped in she rushed to him checking him first for any injury and lecturing him for his careless behaviour.
