Months passed since Weirdmageddon. The Pines family was getting used to living their separate lives.
Soos was running the Mystery Shack with his fiancé Melody, Stan and Ford were sailing across the world on the Stan O' War 2, Wendy was attending high school, And Twin siblings Mabel and Dipper where attending 8th grade this year.
Spring break arrived quickly Mabel and Dipper's parents sent them back to Oregon to stay with their Great Uncles, unknowing that they were not there.
The rickety old bus screeched to a halt at the familiar town sign that read, "Welcome to Gravity Falls!" Mabel and Dipper Pines stepped off, suitcases in hand and excitement plastered across their faces. It had been almost a year since they'd last been in Gravity Falls, and though their last year of middle school and life in Piedmont had kept them busy, they couldn't wait to dive back into the weird and wonderful world of their favorite summer.
"Ah, smell that, Dipper!" Mabel exclaimed, throwing her arms wide as if to hug the entire town. "Fresh pine trees, conspiracy theories, and just a hint of Old Man McGucket's questionable cologne!" "Yeah!" He beamed. "Back where we had the greatest summer of our lives! It's refreshing to be back!" Mabel smiled at her brother. "It's gonna be great Bro-bro! Just me, you, Soos, Wendy, and the occasional goblin monster!" She said as her and Dipper walked the trail to the Mystery Shack.
"And probably the gnomes too!" Dipper said with a hearty laugh. Mabel shivered. "Anybody But Jeff!" She yelled. That made Dipper laugh more.
"This spring break is going to Be great!" He said, a smile spanning across his face.
"LAST ONE THERE IS A ROTTEN EGG!" Mabel squealed, pushing him back then running faster on the path.
Dipper laughed, grabbed his backpack and ran after her.
This Spring Break Was Going To Be the weirdest time of their lives.
If they only knew what was to come...
