Hey guys I published another Choso story, it's almost like every week I publish a new story💀A few days went by, and y/n found herself keeping a distance from Choso, though she hadn't intended to. It wasn't something she consciously decided to do, but every time they crossed paths, something held her back. Maybe it was the guilt she felt over what had happened with Sukuna, or maybe it was the uncertainty of her own emotions. Either way, she avoided him, lingering longer in her room, leaving early, or coming back late, hoping to avoid any confrontation or awkward conversation.
Choso noticed the shift immediately. Every time he tried to approach her, she would slip away, finding some excuse to leave the room, or she would keep the conversations short and impersonal. It was unlike her. The tension between them was palpable, and it frustrated him. He wanted to talk to her, to understand why she was pulling away, but each time he tried, she seemed even more distant.
Y/n hated the way things were between them now. She hadn't meant to avoid him, and deep down, she missed the way things were before. She missed the easy conversations and the quiet moments they shared, the unspoken connection that had been growing between them. But now, everything felt complicated, tangled in a web of confusion she couldn't seem to escape.
Every time she thought about approaching Choso, the memory of Sukuna would flood her mind, and the guilt would come rushing back. How could she face Choso, knowing what had happened with Sukuna? And why did her feelings for Choso still linger, despite everything?
She sighed, standing by the window, watching the rain drizzle down the glass. She didn't know how to fix things, how to even begin untangling the mess she had made. All she knew was that avoiding Choso wasn't the answer, but facing him felt impossible.
Her phone buzzed on the table, snapping her out of her thoughts. It was a message from Yuji, asking if she wanted to grab lunch with him. She hesitated for a moment before replying with a quick "Sure."
Maybe some time away from the dorm would help clear her mind, or at least give her a break from the tension that had settled between her and Choso.
Once y/n met up with Yuji, they decided to grab lunch at a quiet café near campus. The atmosphere was light, and for a moment, she felt like she could breathe again. But as they sat down and Yuji ordered for both of them, the weight of everything she had been avoiding came crashing back.
Yuji had a bright smile, his usual cheerful energy almost contagious, but today there was a subtle seriousness to him. After some small talk about classes and how things were going on campus, Yuji paused, then said carefully, "So... I've heard from Choso."
She froze, her heart skipping a beat. She hadn't expected Yuji to bring up Choso so soon, and the mention of his name made her chest tighten. She placed her fork down, her appetite fading.
"He didn't tell me much," Yuji continued, his tone gentle, as if sensing her discomfort. "Just that things between you two have been... complicated lately." He looked at her, his usual playfulness gone, replaced by concern. "What's going on, y/n?"
She sighed, slumping back into her chair. "I don't know, Yuji. I mean, I thought I knew, but now I just feel... lost."
Yuji waited patiently as she fidgeted with the edge of her napkin. She felt safe around him, like she could say anything without being judged. After a few moments, she decided to open up.
"I have these feelings for Choso," she admitted quietly, her voice barely above a whisper. "I think I've had them for a while now, but I didn't really understand them until recently. He's always been there, you know? But then..." She paused, guilt washing over her. "Then there's Sukuna."
