the vacation

chapter 1

Tim and Lucy both drove to work separate to avoid anyone finding out about their secret. When they see each other in the parking lot they walk over to one another and start walking towards the station really close to each other.

"Morning luce," Tim says,

"Morning babe!" Lucy replies,

"So, are we staying at mine tonight?" Tim asks,

"Sounds good," Lucy responds,

When Tim tries to reach for Lucy's hand, she pushes it away, and because of this Tim was confused and thought he did something wrong.

"Why?" Tim asks,

And just as he said that Grey stood in front of them, they quickly moved away from one another so he wouldn't suspect a thing.

"Don't change yet, come straight to roll call," Grey states,

"Why?" Lucy asks,

"I'll tell you then," he responds,

"Do you know anything about that?" Lucy asks Tim,

"Nope, You?"

"No"

"Why do we need to be there so quickly?"

"Idk, but I hope it's not bad."

They walk into the roll call room together, as soon as they get in Angela says,

"What are we all doing here?"

"I was getting there Lopez," Grey says "So, I was thinking it would be a cool idea to go on a vacation with everyone in this room."

"That sounds fun but..." John says,

"Yes Bailey can come too, before you ask Wesley, James and even the kids can come too if they want" Grey cuts him off with,

"Thank you!" Angela says, "I think I will leave Jack and Emma with Patrice though; I need a few days break from the kids,"

"I think Leah will stay home as well, I'll just need to find a babysitter," Nyla says,

"I could ask Patrice if she could take Leah if you want?" Angela asks Nyla,

"Yes please, that would be amazing," Nyla replies,

"Wait, where and when are we going?" Tim asks Grey,

"We are going next week, and the location is going to be a surprise," Grey tells the group "But bring short sleeves and shorts, Oh yeah and bring some swimwear."

"Ok, thank you," Lucy says to Grey,

"Go get changed, roll call starts in 10,"

"Yes sir" Angela says.

On the way to the locker rooms Tim and Lucy were walking together whilst talking.

"So this is going to be fun isn't it?" Lucy says,

"Yes... very... fun..." Tim says to Lucy in a not so happy way,

"Hey, are you okay baby?" Lucy asks,

"Yes, but you know I don't really like these types of things,"

"Not even when I'm with you?"

"With you... that's a different story,"

They then gave each other a small kiss on the lips and then parted ways into their locker rooms. When they went to roll call there wasn't much information other than the fact that Tim and Lucy where riding together.

(In the car with Tim and Lucy)

"I need to buy some new bikinis,"

"You already have 10 pairs Luce; do you really need more?"

"I know but is there really a thing called having too many bikinis? you can even help me choose some,"

"Sure thing babe,"

"Should we go to the mall after our shift?"

"Of course."

Their shift was nice and quiet just a few lame calls nothing too big. A few hours later their shift ended, Tim and Lucy were walking to the locker rooms. They then went into the locker rooms to get changed out of their uniforms.

"I'm so excited Tim,"

"Me too Luce, are you ready?" he asks,

"Yes, you?"

"Never been more ready."

They decide to drive separately to Lucy's apartment, so they only have to take one car to the mall. Once Lucy parks her car she walks over to Tim's then opened the door and hopped into the car.

"Hey handsome," Lucy says,

"Hey babe," Tim says, "so are you going to tell me where we are going?"

"All you need to know is that we are going to the mall, so drive there,"

"Ok baby"

10 minutes later they arrived in the parking garage of the mall, they walked around the mall for a few minutes before they reached the swimwear shop, they then walked in and around the store. Lucy picked out a few bikinis, a blue set, a pastel pink, and a green.

"I'm going to go try these on," Lucy says,

"Alright then, you better show me though,"

"I will, don't worry babe."

Lucy decides that she will try on the blue set first. She puts it on then turns around to go show Tim and see what he thinks of it.

"What do you think?" Lucy asks,

Tim doesn't respond, he just stares at her body fascinated.

"Timothy, what do you want?" Lucy breaks the silence with,

"Sorry I got distracted, but I absolutely love it Luce" he says,

"You should try on some boardies because you only have one pair and they are really old, you can't deny that,"

"I don't need a new pair, mine are perfectly fine I don't know what you're on about,"

"They are a completely different colour to what they were when you got them, and there are small holes in them, plus wouldn't it be fun to match?"

"Ok, you have a good point there, I'll go have a look for some boardies,"

"Alright then, I'll put the next set on and see you in a minute,"

Whilst Lucy was trying on the pink bikini set, Tim was searching for a nice pair of blue boardies, he just kept walking around the store pretending that he knew what he was doing before he finally found them. He picks up a pair in his size then walks over to Lucy's changing room.

"Hey Luce, you nearly done in there?" he asks?

"Nearly... just give me one more minute... and now I'm done" she says as she is walking out of the changing room, "so what do you think?"

"I love it, but it makes you look a bit pale,"

"I agree, the first one was defiantly better,"

"It sure was baby,"

Tim then walks into the change room with Lucy and they both face the other way. Tim was putting on his blue boardies and Lucy her green bikini. Once they were both done, they were getting ready to show each other.

"3... 2... 1... turn!" Lucy counted down before they both turned around to show each other,

"Soooo, what do you think?" Lucy asks Tim,

"I love it but still not as good as the blue set, the blue one you should 100% get."

"You have to get yours too,"

"Oh I will don't worry."
