Upon arriving home after the eventful shopping trip, T quickly carried Nikki to her room and settled her into her bed. Nikki immediately cuddled into her pillows, still sniffling from her fall. T kissed her forehead, tucking her in, while Z watched nearby, concerned.
T sighed softly as he tucked his little sister in, kissing her forehead. "Are you okay, Nik? That girl pushed you pretty hard.." he said, his voice full of worry.
Nikki sniffled again, nodding. "I'm okay. My stomach just hurts a lot." she whimpered softly, clutching her stuffed kitten.
T sighed softly again, gently running his fingers through his little sister's hair. He gave her a weak smile. "I'm so sorry you got hurt baby girly. Just rest, maybe that'll make you feel better."
Nikki nodded, closing her eyes and snuggling into her blankets. "Will you stay with me until I fall asleep?" she asked tiredly.
T smiled gently, nodding. "Of course I will. Go to sleep baby girl. I'll be here the whole time," he whispered, gently brushing a strand of hair away from Nikki's face.
Nikki smiled slightly and let out a sleepy yawn. Her eyes begin to close, and within minutes she's fast asleep, cuddled tightly under her blankets.
T smiled softly as Nikki fell asleep. He gently brushed his fingers along her cheek, before turning to Z, who had watched the whole scene unfold.
"Is she alright?" Z asked, concern written across his face.
"She took a pretty hard fall, but she said she's okay," T replied.
Z frowned. "She was pushed by that fangirl pretty hard too. She could've gotten hurt," he said, clearly upset about the whole thing.
T nodded. "I know she was pushed hard. And she could have gotten very seriously injured. It makes me so mad that that fangirl was so careless and pushed Nikki to the ground like that," T said, his tone becoming protective after hearing Z's words, clearly angry with the fan who pushed his sister to the ground.
Z leaned against the doorway of the bedroom. "It makes me feel the same way, it was an inconsiderate thing to do, and they didn't even seem sorry after they did it,"
"I know, right? She acted like she did nothing wrong, and she didn't even apologize. That's what makes me mad. She didn't act like she cared that she pushed my little sister to the ground. And she even dared to roll her eyes at me. That pissed me off!" T rambled, his voice slightly raising with every word he spoke.
T and Z took a deep breath and sighed.
"We need to calm down. We can't let it get to us. We need to stay level-headed and think of something to calm ourselves down," Z said, still feeling a bit mad at the fan who had pushed Nikki.
T nodded in agreement, feeling a bit calmer but still feeling the anger inside him. He glanced at Nikki's sleeping form in the bed, looking peaceful and innocent, before sighing softly. "You're right, we need to calm down. It would be pointless to let something like this get to us," T said, his voice calmer than before but his expression still filled with a hint of anger.
After the Aarons had taken a moment to calm down, they made their way into the living room. T plopped onto the couch, grabbing the remote, while Z collapsed beside him. T flipped the TV on, the screen filling with images of their favorite shows and movies.
"Which one do you wanna watch?" T asked, flipping through channels.
Z shrugged. "I don't care. Anything will do. Just throw something on." he said, his voice still tinged with a bit of anger.
T nodded and put on a random Christmas movie, the two friends settling into the couch to watch. As the movie started, the Aarons gradually began to calm down, the events of the day gradually fading away as they became absorbed in the story on screen. They watched the movie together, the tension in the air slowly fading away.
