I slightly leaned into her touch, to soothe myself as well. I don't get why I felt so safe when she did that. It's something Astro never sparked in me.
I groaned slightly, this time the twisteds had almost cut off my arm..! That's insane; And twisted. Haha, I'm funny right? Right...?
My arm was paralyzed, but not really. The type where it hurts when you move it..oh how I wish I could give Shelly a hug. I mean hand shake! My thoughts have been slipping out lately.
I was shaking slightly from the pain earlier but now I feel much better when Shelly assisted me. Assisted me too much that I didn't even notice Astro went inside the elevator and that it was card picking time.
Since mostly everyone was injured we all decided to pick first aid while Toodles picked Blind grab..first of all, who taught this kid how to gamble?
Our scars were magically healed from some sort of magic that I could somehow feel in this room, but the con was Shelly had now left me.
Feeling a bit sad, I decided to strike up a conversation with Asstr-
Elevator door opens.
And great..I got cut off from an elevator. I decided to follow Shelly this time since something bad would obviously happen if we split ways so I guess the only reasonable thing was to stick with her.
She had Tisha laying around beside her like a dog, but no offense to Pebble since he wasn't by Shelly's side so he could distract.
I honestly feel like a third wheel with them as they giggled with every word they spoke and even did some secret language like what do you mean 'Oo, how'd you know I like Vision?'.
Who even is Vision?! That's honestly such a stupid name! They should at least acknowledge me here like the awesome person I am!
I decided to strike up a conversation with them and it somehow worked? Though it felt weird since Shelly kept talking about Dinosaur facts, which I already knew.
I scoffed as we found two machines next to each other, in which Shelly let us have politely. I don't get why she always puts others first.
I saw the weird purple aura surrounding me which hinted Shelly had decided to boost me..over her best friend? That's weird. Maybe it was just a simple mistake?
I sighed as I finished the machine quickly while side-eyeing Tisha. No one in the elevator really knew we were exes since we were so distant to each other and barely had time to fight.
Though our interactions come out not so friendly.. Which hopefully doesn't creep out Shelly that much..! Wait, why do I even care about her?
Well whatever.. I'll just ignore what I just thought of earlier. I went over to Shelly and tapped her shoulder gently, hoping not to startle her since she seemed kind of busy.
Shelly jumped a bit but she quickly calmed down after seeing me, her lips contorting into a genuine smile which made me blush. I mean what? I didn't blush!..ugh!
After a while Tisha finished her machine and we all went to the elevator, waiting for it to open when the last machine is soon finished.
"Hey Vee." A voice called out, I recognized the voice immediately. "Hi Astro! How are you? Are the machines getting worked on?!" I replied eagerly, though Shelly's gaze just switched to Tisha.
"Yeah. And they should be opening like right now.." Astro muttered, impatiently waiting for the elevator as his foot stepped onto the floor.
Though...I barely felt any sparks now.
