12: Wait For Me

Soha reached Jeju at 8 PM, when she reached the beachside which Jungkook texted her to come to, she saw the members and their family.

Jimin and Jungkook were preparing BBQ. Lia and Minji were busy playing, the ladies were laughing and talking except for Karina who was immersed in reading a book.

Namjoon was Surfing and Jin was yelling at Namjoon to be careful of his clumsy ass. Suga was just sleeping as Hobi was eating corn dog.

While Taehyung was just staring at the night sky, with his deep thoughts.

Soha kept her bag on the bench as she ran towards Jungkook, “Jungkook shi!” She said as he chuckles while looking at her.

“Yes Soha shi?” He said as Soha smiles at him, “I need BBQ too.” She said as Jungkook laughed, “Of course. There's alot for everyone.” He said as Jimin nods which made Soha smile.

“Ok then, I will be waiting. Jimin ah, give me the first piece ok?” She asked as Jimin laughed while nodding, “Sure.. first piece for your highness.” He said which made Soha smile as she went and sat beside Ji-Ha.

For Jimin, Soha was like his little sister, an adorable one who would always whine for things and Jimin couldn't say no to her sweet face.
He always protected Soha, took care of her, listened to her banter and everything.

Actually, Jungkook was the one who introduced Soha to the members and the members got pretty comfortable with Soha as she was very kind and sweet sort of person.

It was a heartwrenching seperation when Soha had to go to Italy for her higher studies but all of them would stay in contact with her. Jimin was the one who would call her every night to ask her about her well being even though he would get exhausted by shoots and setups and practices.

After Jungkook and Jimin were done with their BBQ, they called everyone to have it as everyone joined except Taehyung who was staring at the night sky.

“Hyung! Come here BBQ is ready.” Jungkook yelled as Taehyung snapped out of his thoughts, he looked at Jungkook and shook his head, “Aniyo Kook.. I am not feeling like have BBQ. You guys continue.” He said as he looked at the sky again as Jungkook furrowed his brows.

“You sure Hyung?” Jungkook asked as Taehyung hums, “Yes Kook.” he said as he closed his eyes, this time Karina was staring at Taehyung's figure. She knew how much he loved BBQ then why wasn't he eating?

That's when Taehyung's words rang in her mind;

I will starve to death if you don't talk to me.

Was he serious when he said that? Karina just looked at him and shook her head, he probably must be faking it. He must've eaten and pretends to be starving.

She thought and then continued to have the BBQ without her husband.

At night, Taehyung was reading a book in his hotel room as the door opened revealing Karina as he didn't even look up, not like he didn't want to...but his body was already too weak to even do something.

He then closed his book and kept aside as he looks at Karina who was drinking water, he sighed as he lay on the bed while covering himself with the duvet. He grabbed a pillow as he kept it between him and Karina as she furrowed her brows, “You might get uncomfortable sleeping with me... that's why I kept those.” He said as he turned to other side as Karina's heart clenched.

She knew how much Taehyung love Karina's presence, and how much he loves cuddling and being clingy to her but today when he himself said those, her heart ached.

At midnight, Karina woke up as she looked at Taehyung's back facing her.
She slowly crawled closer to him and looked at his sleeping figure, she slowly caressed his hair with a sad look on her face.

“I'm sorry Tae bear.. i must've gone too far right?” She asks while caressing his cheeks softly, “I promise... I will forgive you ok?” She said while looking at him, “Not tomorrow though...wait for me for one more day and I will forgive you tomorrow night... I promise Tae tae.” She said while slowly kissing his cheeks as she went back towards her side of the bed.

“Forgive me if I went too far Bubba.” She whispered as she closed her eyes and drifted off to her dreamland.
