As I'm getting ready all that plays thru my head is Aug saying he loves me? That couldn't right ? Love me? Nobody has ever really loved me like my mama not even my dad. Nobody has showed me that that is until Aug came in my life its been a month since over known him and he loves me? That can't be right? I brush it off. And finish getting ready.
I come down stairs in white High waisted shorts a blank tank top with a red shirt tied around my waist and one Red high top converse and one white one with diamond studs and my hair in a messy bun with no make up on.
" Wow" Trey says
" Who me?" I say smiling
He chuckles
" You ready?" He asks
" Yup"
We head out the door I lock it after We step outside. We get into his car
" where are we going?" I ask
" Surprise" he says pulling out the driveway
The ride there was pretty silent other then the low music in the background every now and then I would catch him just staring at me.
I fall asleep on the way to where were going!
Trey shakes me awake
I wake up and look around and notice where we are
" You remember?" I ask looking at him smiling
Trey brought me to Lake Tewana Where we shared our first kiss
" Trey I bet you can't catch me" I say running around the big oak tree
I'm 7 years old and our parents are having our yearly family vacation
" I bet I can" Trey says missing two front teeth and laughing and chasing after me
We play tag then sit under the big oak tree
" What do you wanna b when you grow up" I ask him
" I wanna be a singer" he says smiling
