Chapter three

I sigh as I put away the last bit of my clothing and fall back on to my bed. " I'm beat" I say as I look over at Megan, who is laying on her bed looking at her phone.

" Mhm yeah me too" she mumbles.

I look up at her confused. " You ok?"

She nods " yeah sorry, I'm just texting cole" she blushes slightly as she says his name.

" Wait how did you even get his number?" I ask as I sit up looking at her.

" I saw him when I went downstairs to get the last box" she smiles as she looks down. " He wants to hang out tonight. I told him I don't know because I don't want to leave you alone..." She trailed off. " But! He said he had a friend that he would bring so you wouldn't be alone" she smiles at me.

I just look at her. " Uhm Meg, I'm ok with being here alone. Go out on your date alone, you don't need me trailing behind you" I say as I pull out my phone. Why does she feel the need to set me up? I mutter to myself as I become slightly mad.

" No please come! Be my wing women! He is bringing the other guy no matter what.." She mumbles. I look over at her I notice her giving me a puppy dog look.

I groan " fine! Where are we going and what time?" I sigh as I lay my head back closing my eyes.

" We are going bowling in an hour" she smiles excitedly.

I nod. " Alright well, we better get ready"

An hour later and after about four different outfits Megan tried we are finally ready and are walking down the hall. I look over at Megan wearing a black skirt that flares slightly and a plain pink top, with white sandals and her hair all pinned up and make up done. I roll my eyes. I tried to get her to wear something more comfortable like me, but she decided against it. I'm wearing plain black skinny jeans and a plain white shirt with my regular black and white converse with my hair laying in small curls down my back. I added a little lip gloss so I didn't look so plain next to Megan.

" I'm so excited!" She says happily as we enter the elevator.

I just smile and shake my head. " I can tell. What is this guy's name anyway?" I ask her as we walk back out of the elevator and into the lobby to look for the Guys.

" I don't know actually" she says as her brows knot together trying to think.

" Megan, over here!" I hear a deep voice yell. We both look up and see cole walking towards us. Wearing dark blue jeans and a plain black t-shirt his hair spiked to the side. I had to admit he was pretty good looking. Had to give Megan props.

" Hi cole" she said shyly. As he came over.

" Ryder will be meeting us at the bowling alley" he said to me as he stared at Megan. I just nodded.

"This is going to be a long night" I muttered to myself as we walked out of the lobby doors and towards the cars.
