"What? She told you that she loves you?" Zayn looked at me with wide eyes as I brought up the topic. The surprise in his voice was unmistakable, and I knew I had the boys' attention immediately.

"Yeah, she said it. She told me that she loves me," I replied, leaning back on the couch as the reality of those words hit me again. "I mean, she said it during sex. Is that a problem?"

"Wow, during sex? That's pretty... intense," Niall said, shaking his head and grinning. "Fuck, I was so overwhelmed. It's not like I expected it. But... it felt so real."

"And what did you say?" Liam asked, and I noticed the sharp look he gave me.

"I returned it," I mumbled, running my hands through my hair. "I told her that I love her too. It just came out."

"Wow, that's pretty serious, bro," Niall grinned, giving my shoulder a pat. "How do you feel about it?"

"I wonder if I said it too quickly. I mean, we haven't known each other long, and now we're already talking about love. What if we ruin things with this?" I stared at the floor as if the answers were written there.

"Come on, Louis. The fact that it happened during sex means that she felt really good in that moment. It's the most intimate moment two people can share," Zayn said, leaning forward, his eyes sparkling with interest.

"Besides, didn't you tell her that you love her too?" Liam added, giving me an encouraging wink. "That shows you mean it. If you both are that open with each other, that's a good sign."

"That's what worries me," I murmured, rubbing my temples. "I don't want her to think I'm saying it just because we were... well, you know... intimate."

"Was it weird afterwards?" Harry asked, who had been a silent observer of our conversation until now.

I thought for a moment, remembering the moment. "No, not really... or maybe it was..." The boys looked at me, waiting for my answer. "Yeah, it was weird," I admitted, leaning back.

They all stared at me, anticipating my next words. "When she said goodbye, it felt strange. We hugged and kissed, but it felt like we were both hesitant to move forward. Shit, man. She really opened up to me yesterday. She shared her deepest secrets. I said I wanted to give it a try... I don't even know what's going on with me."

"Man, Louis, you idiot!" Harry leaned in closer to me. "You're an absolute lovesick fool. What do you have to lose? Just go for it; let yourself get carried away. You both told each other you love each other. She seems to understand our world. So what's the problem? Is the sex bad?"

I shook my head and couldn't help but laugh. "No, that wasn't the problem. On the contrary, it was... amazing. But we come from different worlds; that just complicates things."

"Don't get me wrong," Niall said. "It's normal to have doubts about the whole situation. But look at how things are going. You and Grace have a connection. That's rare. Take advantage of it!"

"You're right," I murmured, staring out the window. "It's just that I feel like everything is happening at once. We're on tour, and she's in the middle of her finals."

"That's life, bro," Zayn said, leaning back. "Sometimes you just have to take risks. If you always wait for everything to be perfect, you'll miss out on the best moments."

"But there's just one problem... I think her parents aren't exactly thrilled about me. Her dad doesn't know anything about me, and her mom wasn't very excited." There was a moment of silence. "Dude. You get up on that fucking stage every day and charm women all over the world. You can handle a few parents. Get some tips from your mom; everyone likes her; she knows what she's doing!"

I sat on the bed in my hotel room, staring at my phone. After the conversation with the boys, I knew I needed to talk to someone who really understood me. I dialed my mom's number and heard her familiar voice on the other end of the line.

"Hello, Louis! How are you, sweetheart?" Her voice sounded warm and inviting.

"Hey, Mum. I'm good, I think. But I have a few things on my mind that I need to think about."

"Oh, that sounds serious. What's going on?"

I hesitated, unsure of how to start. "It's about... well, women and relationships and stuff," I said quietly.

"Aha, that sounds like an interesting topic. Have you met someone?"

I swallowed. "Yeah, I have, but I haven't told you about it yet. I'm not sure how to approach it."

"Why not? You know you can tell me anything," she said encouragingly.

"It's just that... it's complicated. I don't want you to worry."

"Louis! You're going to tell me everything right now, or I'm flying out there today!"

I told Mum everything, from start to finish. Every tiny detail.

"I love you too. Talk soon," I said and hung up.

After I hung up, I sank into the pillows and stared at the ceiling. My mother's words echoed in my mind: "Sometimes you just have to take risks." I knew she was right.

Grace was more than just a fleeting adventure for me; she was someone I felt comfortable with, and she was the first person I had said the three magical words to.

I grabbed my phone and scrolled through my messages.

Me:"I miss you!"

With one last glance at the message, I set my phone aside and closed my eyes.
