"G-Gemma! How are you so fast?! You're barely taller than Kreacher!"

"Teddy, I swear on Merlin's balding head, if you make me late–I will kick your scrawny white as—"

"Must I remind you that you are a professor? And your students have ears?"

Gemma pulled up to a sharp stop, sending her younger brother ploughing into her back–suddenly remembering that she was a thirty-seven-year-old potions professor at Hogwarts–which happened a lot after the long summer holidays.

Her face turned red as she met the eyes of a couple of curious first-years watching the interaction between her dad, her, and her younger brother.

Teddy snickered–poking her in the side as he placed his chin on her shoulder, teasingly drawing out, "Ooooooo, Professor Lupin-Weasley got in trouble with her daaadddd."

She gave him a scathing (not really) look, "Merlin, if there weren't children here, I would punch you so hard your hair would turn back to whatever colour it was when you were born."

"What would your children say if they saw you punch their favourite uncle?"

Pushing his chin off her shoulder, Gemma said solemnly, "Hate to break it to you, Teddles–Charlie is their favourite uncle. He has dragons."

Teddy stared at her with enormous blue eyes, "That's not...out of all your bloody children–there is not one of them that has deemed me their favourite?"

She smirked and shrugged, "You tell me."

Teddy lifted his pointer finger to tell her off, probably, but instead, he turned on his heel in search of his many nieces and nephews who were being herded by their father onto the train.

"You shouldn't tease your brother like that," A chuckle said from her side. "You'll give him an existential crisis before he's twenty."

Gemma looked up at her dad–his hair greying, but his eyes twinkling with the youthful glow that had returned in the last couple of decades–and she smiled, "Hey–I had my first existential crisis farrrrr younger than him. He needs it. Keeps him humble; he doesn't need any more people worshipping the ground he walks on."

"You mean any more girls?"

"Dad, you and I both know that he has an ego as big as Sirius's when it comes to the ladies," Her voice lowered a little bit as she added, "Which is why Victoire is always asking me if Teddy truly likes her or not..."

Unfortunately, it was true–Bill and Fleur's eldest daughter was absolutely enthralled and enraptured by Teddy Lupin, and he was the same with her.

Now, it wasn't unfortunate that they were in love–they were wonderful together and genuinely were one of the most level-headed teenage couples Gemma had ever encountered. However, the nearly seventeen-year-old Weasley girl was nervous that somehow another girl would steal his heart while she was gone at school this year–as Teddy had graduated the year prior.

Gemma's beautiful niece spent a lot of time with her when she started attending Hogwarts as she had grown up with Gemma's many children. Her aunt had become a safe place at the large school, especially when she developed feelings for Gemma's metamorphmagus Hufflepuff brother, who lived and breathed mischief. At first, Victoire had thought it odd to have a crush on Teddy–thinking it would be deemed improper–but after a thorough explanation from Gemma that it wasn't actually weird, she relaxed and pursued the punk, blue-haired boy.
