It was an ordinary afternoon, or at least that’s what Emma Watson thought as she prepared for her virtual interview with Drew Barrymore. She sat at her desk, dressed elegantly, ensuring her hair looked just right and the lighting was perfect. She felt ready to chat about her latest film, activism, and maybe even drop a few hints about her engagement to the wonderfully quirky Y/N.

Meanwhile, Y/N was downstairs, blissfully unaware of the impending chaos they were about to unleash. Clad in full Hogwarts attire—a robe that dragged on the floor, a slightly askew Gryffindor scarf, and a hat that looked suspiciously like it belonged to a first-year student—they were in the zone, ready to practice their spellcasting. They’d just devoured a mountain of candy and were convinced today was the day they’d finally become a real wizard.

As Emma began her interview with Drew, the conversation flowed smoothly. “I’ve been working on some exciting projects, and I’m passionate about...”

Suddenly, Y/N burst into the room, wand in hand, a wild glint in their eyes. “EXPULSIO! Take that, evil forces!” They spun around, waving their wand like they were casting a spell on an invisible foe.

Emma’s heart sank as she looked over at Y/N, who was now bouncing on their toes. “Uh, love...”

Y/N completely ignored her and jumped onto the chair next to Emma’s desk. “LUMOS! I summon the light! I am the brightest witch of my age!”

Drew’s eyes widened, and she leaned closer to the screen, struggling to contain her laughter. “What is happening right now?”

Emma was torn between laughter and horror. “Y/N, you really need to—”

“ACCIO popcorn!” Y/N yelled, flinging their wand around like they were trying to summon an army of magical snacks. They had no idea they were interrupting a live interview.

“Y/N!” Emma finally shouted, her voice a mix of panic and amusement. “You’re—”

“Wait, I’m in character!” Y/N declared, dramatically pointing their wand at Drew. “I will duel you, Dark Lord Barrymore!”

Drew doubled over with laughter, wiping tears from her eyes. “Oh my God! I love this! Emma, is this a normal Tuesday for you?”

“Normal? This is anything but normal!” Emma chuckled, her cheeks flushed. “Y/N, you’re on live TV! People are watching!”

Y/N finally turned their head and caught sight of the glowing LIVE indicator on the screen. “Wait... what?!”

In that moment, Y/N’s eyes went wide as they realized the gravity of the situation. They froze like a deer caught in headlights. “Oh no... Am I wearing this on live television? I thought we were just having fun!”

Emma tried to hold back her laughter but was failing miserably. “Yes! You’re in full wizard regalia, love!”

Y/N’s face turned crimson as they stood up, knocking the chair over. “This is not how I envisioned my debut on The Drew Barrymore Show!” They frantically tried to adjust their robe, which was now tangled around their legs.

Drew, still laughing, leaned in closer. “This is the best introduction I’ve ever had! Emma, you need to keep Y/N around for all your interviews!”

“Y/N, calm down! Just... breathe!” Emma managed between giggles. “You’re making it worse!”

“Breathe?!” Y/N exclaimed, waving their wand as if casting a spell to calm the situation. “I’m going to need a Petrificus Totalus spell to freeze this embarrassment in time!”

“Trust me, you don’t want to be petrified on live TV,” Drew said, wiping tears from her eyes. “You’d miss the best part of this whole experience!”

Y/N looked from Emma to Drew, still flustered but beginning to realize how ridiculous the situation was. “Okay, so... I might have accidentally crashed your interview. But, uh, can I at least say something cool to the audience?”

Emma raised an eyebrow, amused. “What’s your grand plan, oh great wizard?”

“I’m Y/N, the wizard who just saved Hogwarts and embarrassed my fiancée on live television!” They exclaimed, striking a dramatic pose.

Drew clapped, nearly falling off her chair again. “I’m in love! You two are the best couple ever!”

Emma, still giggling, put a hand on Y/N’s shoulder. “Well, this has turned into an unforgettable interview, that’s for sure.”

Y/N grinned sheepishly. “So, uh, can I get a round of applause for being a complete dork?”

Drew and Emma burst into laughter, and the audience at home erupted in applause.

“Honestly, Y/N, you’ve just made my day,” Drew said, wiping her eyes. “And Emma, I think you’ve just created the best TikTok clip ever!”

Y/N bowed dramatically, a grin spreading across their face. “Thank you, thank you! I’ll be here all week—just maybe not in Hogwarts gear next time!”

As the laughter continued, Emma couldn’t help but think that maybe, just maybe, this chaotic moment would be the highlight of their relationship for years to come.
