Harmoniya: The Architects way

A Storm?:

Thunder cracking in the distance and screams of fear and chaos on the streets of a metropolis. One of this planet's greatest cities. Balance, the city of hope the creation of the great Architect Monarch. One of humanity's brightest souls or at least that's the rumours. After all, nobody ever claimed to have seen the great Monarch.
The screams get louder with every burst of thunder. The great Balance being at the mercy of the worst Thunderstorm the city has ever seen. Although, the buildings don't even shiver, but the inhabitants their screams are heard all over the city and the number of injuries are increasing endlessly.
While lightning rains down on the sturdy city walls their light illuminate every last corner of the city. Among those there is a small Apartment in the 106 floor of one of the biggest skyscrapers in the city that also gets illuminated by the lightning strikes while they form a circle around the skyscraper. Next to the window of on of the rooms from the apartment a bed is illuminated. In it lays a Person. They role around in their bed kicking and lashing out around themselves with their arms.
