THE AIR WAS THICK WITH AN EERIE stillness as Lyra walked through the winding paths of Hell.

She had just left Cassian’s domain, her mind still racing from their heated exchange and Orion’s unexpected appearance.

The intensity between the Sins was growing, their thinly veiled admiration for her morphing into something darker, more dangerous.

Cassian’s words echoed in her head:

The war has already begun.”

Lyra’s thoughts were interrupted when she felt a presence nearby, subtle yet palpable.

She paused, scanning her surroundings.

It was too quiet.

Then, from the shadows, Lea emerged.

Her approach was slow, deliberate, her piercing eyes locked on Lyra.

Lea was an enigma among the Sins.

Gluttony wasn’t just about indulgence with her; it was an obsession, a hunger that transcended food and material desires.

She craved power, attention, and in recent days, Lyra’s very presence.

Though her demeanor seemed calm, Lyra could sense the underlying need swirling beneath the surface.

“Lyra,” Lea said, her voice smooth but laced with a hunger that Lyra had come to recognize.

“I’ve been looking for you.”

Lyra remained still, her expression unreadable. “Is there something you need?”

Lea smiled, though it didn’t quite reach her eyes. “We need to talk.”

Lea gestured toward a bench nearby, one of the many scattered across Hell’s vast plains, remnants of a time when even the damned needed a place to reflect.

Lyra hesitated but followed her to sit.

There was something unsettling about Lea today, a tension simmering just beneath her poised exterior.

Once they sat, Lea turned to face her, her gaze unwavering.

“There’s something I’ve been meaning to discuss with you. Something that’s been weighing on me.”

Lyra raised an eyebrow, keeping her guard up. “Go on.”

Lea’s eyes darkened, and she leaned in slightly.

“The Sins are restless. It’s not just Cassian or Orion. Pride, Envy… even Sloth, in his own indifferent way, is beginning to stir. And Lucian, well, you know what he’s capable of when he decides to act. The balance is tipping, and it’s all because of you.”
