Karyn's POV
When our SUV arrived at the hospital, after Adam's hearing . I was relieved that he took it well. We walk to the NICU, where we'll see our beautiful twin girls.
It touch my heart, watching Adam cooing over Alison. He got so tickled at the girls reaction to the faces he would make. I myself couldn't help. But giggle Fighting a yawn, I inform Adam.
"Darling husband. I'm feeling tired. Please enjoy your time with the girls. I love you. Come to my room, when you're finished so we can talk."
Adam smiles, as he leans down kissing me tenderly. I receive his kiss fully. I hand over Ava for him to finish feeding her. As we touch foreheads,
"My Love, I'm so grateful to be here with you and the girls. I love you so much. Please go and get some rest. I'll see you soon."
I take a few steps back as a nurse comes behind me with a wheelchair. As I sit down, I say.
"I love you too."
Then nurse Edith wheels me back to my room, where I fall asleep as soon as I hit the pillow..
Adam's POV
My heart aches seeing Karyn being wheeled away, as I rock Ava. She's done eating, and I was getting ready to fall asleep. When Octavia slips in, I glance up giving her a small smile.
"Octavia, hello. What brings you here? I thought I was allowed to be here. Plus, Karyn wants to discuss some issues." Octavia lightly chuckles,
"Adam, you're not in trouble. David has been monitoring you phone, when these message messages came across to you." Octavia pulls up these messages...
Selena: Here are some interesting photos. We need to talk about our deal...
Selena: Adam, are you there? Are you there?
look at the messages again, then lock eyes with Octavia. I willing explain, kind of deal that Selena wants to make.
"That shameless woman! To hurt Karyn the way that she has." I shake my head,
"Oh, it gets worse... The man she's with, wants Karyn. He's her ex boyfriend. " Octavia smacks her forehead,
"Is Karyn aware of any of this?: I nod with a rueful smile,
"She does. After the royal screw up not telling her about Zoey, I stay in front of this. Let her see the text. I swear I want nothing to do with her." Octavia nods with a smile,
"I can tell with your reaction, that you're being honest. Let's go and speak to Karyn, to form a plan." I nod. Getting up to head to where Karyn was resting.
****At the Palace****
Dylan's POV
I was lead to a small room, after my hearing. I was told by Joel, that Rylee would be meeting me there. I sit there, nervously tapping my fingers on the table, until I hear the door starting to open. I glance up to see a very serious Rylee. I rush up to her, taking Rylee into my arms. I kiss her tenderly,
"Rylee Baby, I'm so glad to see you again. I'm so sorry what I did." As Rylee pulls back, with a smile.
"Dylan, I believe you. Zoey and I miss you. I know shooting wasn't done in malice. I'm in support of Karyn's plan." Rylee squeezes my hand. How are things going in the cells." I rub the back of my neck, before I respond.
"Things are still tense between Adam and I. But we're talking, instead of throwing punches. We're both trying." Rylee nods, as we go and sit down. Then she chuckles,
