Sick Day

Salmon is 10, Sailish is 9, Pike is 8

It was a very peaceful day in Pop village. The sun was shining the birds were singing JD and Atlantic's daughter is sick. "Wait what?!" JD asked. "Also which one?" Atlantic asked.

"Oh, thanks so much Samantha🙄" Atlantic said.

"Never mind!" JD said. Achoo! They heard a sneeze. They went into the dining room and saw Salmon writing on a piece of paper and calling out to the 'teacher' as if she were in school. "THE ANSER IS NUMBER ONE! ☝️" she said as she pointed up a finger.🤨🤨 Atlantic took Salmons temperature, to see if she had a fever. It was 103! "Sweetie, your fever is making you delirious." Atlantic said. "No school today, also it's Saturday." "Wait if she sick then that means...😥"JD started. "No, maybe they've grown out of it?😕" she said. They heard a cough coming from the family room. Salish was laying on the couch clutching on to a pillow. "Mom, Dad I think I'm sick 🤧 " She said very weakly. "Burr 🥶" she shivered cold. "No,no,no I'm NOT getting sick!" Atlantic said, as she used her foot to put a blanket into Salish's reach. She immediately grabbed it and pulled it around her. "So hot 🥵" She said. "IS THIS BLANKET MADE OF FIRE!?🥵" She yelled kicking it off. Blech! "Oh, dear" JD said. Pike walked into the room carrying something behind his back. "OK, so the good news is I got it out of me, the bad news is I think we need a new toaster" He said as he held up a toaster filled with barf. "Excuse me, 🤢" He said as he ran into the kitchen. "WHERE IS MR. BUBBLEWAT!?" Salmon yelled. "Oh, boy" Atlantic said. "Guess I'm saying goodbye to girls week 😞" "Ati, Ati, Ati, I've got this." JD said. "Wow really?🤨"Atlantic asked. "Yup! Honey, you aren't the only one to have had a lot of little siblings growing up." "Umm, I had 8 little siblings and at least I didn't dump them even when they left my life forever........🙁" (BTW Atlantic was abandoned by her fully Pop family when they found out she was half Techno troll and she was only 15 back then) "ok for both of us that is in the past, also I totally understand how you felt. When me and my brothers found out that we were a quarter rock troll, I basically lost my marbles." He said. "John, I know, I was there, you lost your entire collection literally 😐" "ANYWAY! I can take care of kids and I mean even having 1 sibling is a ton of responsibility and I took care of 4 of them until the...... incidence." He said. "Go to girls week, but be back soon 😓" Atlantic didn't here the last bit. She packed up and went out. Soon all of the kids were in their bedroom. He got Salmon to go to sleep, gave Pike some medicine to help him not puke, and gave Salish a few bells for her to ring if she needed something, which was a MISTAKE.

Salish rang the bell. "OH! That was the alarm clock time to get changed!" Salmon said as she walked into the closet and put on clothes. "IM HERE! Here is your juice"JD said. "That wasn't the juice bell! 🥺" She said. "HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THAT!?!" He burst out. "You would if you loved me 🥺😒" She responded. Salmon came out of the closet and had her Pjs on and her school uniform on top. "Bye, guys! I have to catching the buss!" She yelled as she wobbled out of the room. JD stopped her right on time. "Oh,no,no,no,no!" He grabbed her and put her back in bed. She instantly fell asleep 😴. "So I guess I'll bring your juice downstairs" JD said. "I never said I didn't want it!" Salish said.

"WHY!? IM RIGHT HERE 😡 !?!" JD yelled. "That wasn't me🤨" Salish said. It was Pike. "🤢Dad, I gotta puke again🤢" Pike said. "To late!" 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮. 😐😐😐 Everyone stared. 🤢🤢 "oh,no! Not you too!" JD said as he looked at his daughter's. "Sorry! 🤮🤮" the girls said. "This is gonna be a long week 🙄" He said as he went to get something to clean up the barf. And maybe a mask.

Exactly 5 days later:

It's a peaceful day the birds are chirping, the sun is shining, the critters are stampeding. "LIKE I DONT KNOW THAT ALL READY!!?" Atlantic called as she ran away from the huge amount of animals chasing her. "WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO NARRATE!?!"

Narrator: Because I'm the narrator it's my job, I also write the story🙄

"IF YOU WRITE THE STORY THEN MAKE THEM STOP CHASING ME!" Atlantic yelled.

Narrator: Nah😌, *gets popcorn* 🍿*mouth full of popcorn* I'm enjoying this

"WHY SAHANA!?" Atlantic yelled out as she was almost to the pod.

Narrator: IT'S SAVANNAH!!!😡

By than Atlantic was inside the pod. "Phew 😮‍💨" she sighed. "Mom!" Pike ran over to his Mom and hugged her. "Hey Pike!" She said. "Are you guys feeling better?" She asked. "Yup, Once we were able to sleep through the whole night, we felt WAY better." Salmon said. "And Dad did a pretty good job taking care of us, I mean not that It would've been hard but still." Salish said. "But now you might need to take care of him because he kinda, sorta is sick now and we CAN'T abet sick again."Salmon said. They ran outside. "Where are you going?" She asked "we missed Miriam Voters Birthday! 🙁" Pike said. "I have to go give her this gift!" Pike said. "OOH,OH! 😏" The girls said. "Pikes got a girlfriend 😍😏😆" Pike blushed and he ran out the door. Salmon and Salish ran out behind him singing: 🎵 Pike and Miriam, sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G! 😆🎵 "Ok, John we both know you aren't actually sick 😒" Atlantic said. "Yeah, I just needed to get away from the kiddos for a bit, they are nuts!" He responded.

Narrator: Ooh! 😯 I know what to do!

"If you hurt my babies I WILL PERSONALLY GO TO OREGON AND LEAVE YOU ALONE IN AN AVALANCHE ON MOUNT HOOD!!!🤬" They both yelled.
