Riyansh was driving the car as fast as he could. He kept glancing back at Pallavi, who lay unconscious in the back seat. While still driving, he reached over, touched her cheek, and said, "Pallavi! Please open your eyes, yaar! Don't give me such a big guilt trip. I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. Please open your eyes."

Pallavi showed no sign of movement. Riyansh reached the hospital and quickly rushed inside, carrying her in his arms. The doctors immediately admitted her while Riyansh was told to wait outside. He stood there, worried, hoping that nothing serious had happened to her. A little while later, the doctor came out.

Riyansh ran up to her, anxious, and asked, "Doctor! Is she fine?"

The doctor replied, "Please come with me to my office."

Riyansh felt a growing sense of dread. He followed the doctor to her office and, in a panic, asked, "Doctor! Please tell me. Is everything okay? Is there something serious?"

The doctor smiled and said, "Please sit down. I'll explain everything."
Riyansh sat in the chair across from her, the worry evident on his face. Seeing her smile, he asked again, "Why are you smiling, Doctor?"

The doctor said, "It's just rare to see a guy bring his girlfriend to the hospital for something so small."

Riyansh, still confused, asked, "What do you mean?"

The doctor said, "Mr. Riyansh, your girlfriend is perfectly fine. She's just experiencing her monthly cycles."

Riyansh immediately understood what she meant, and he looked down, embarrassed. The doctor continued with a smile, "Don't worry. At times like this, women's bodies can become a bit weak. They just need a little care and some love."

Riyansh, still concerned, said, "But Doctor! Fainting like that? I don't think that's normal."

The doctor nodded in agreement. "You're right. Fainting isn't normal. She must have been under a lot of stress, which caused her to faint. That's all. I've given her an IV, and she should regain consciousness soon. Then, you can take her home."

Riyansh, relieved, said, "Thank you so much, Doctor!"

The doctor added, "Mr. Riyansh, remember, women need extra care and love during this time. Try to ensure she doesn't get stressed out again."

Riyansh stood up, nodding. "I understand. It won't happen again."

After shaking the doctor's hand, he left her office.

On the other hand, Abhimanyu returned home after dropping Shravni at 'Kumar Nivas' and joined the family for dinner. As they ate, he said, "Dadu! Mom! Dad! I need to tell you all something important."

Rajeev Ji replied, "We already know, Abhi!"

Abhimanyu asked, surprised, "What, Dad?"

Rajeev Ji said, "That Shivi is going back to London for two months."

Abhimanyu, even more surprised, said, "Yeah, but how do you know?"

Dadu said, "Alok told us a little while ago."
Abhimanyu responded with an "Oh."
