Ashley's Point of View
"holy shit it's hot. Like that guy right there". Lana said as i started to get our luggages.
"So you like guys with man buns and beards now? I laughed. "Oh and by the way stop drooling and help me with YOUR suitcase"
She just groaned at me and helped. Just to tell you Lana has never had a serious relationship. Well if you count 1 week and a few hours one.
"So they guy told us that a taxi would pick us up. The only worry is that what if he doesn't speak english?"
"boom. translator. I told you I was prepared." Lana said smirking at me. I groaned and she stuck her tongue out.
"To be honest, we are only staying here for a week Ash. I don't wanna review hotels the whole time we're here. And even though I am the judgiest person, I'm only good at doing guys."
I thought Lana was right. Of course it payed a lot but it's our vacation. "At least I only get to write one story for the magazine. It's better than nothing."
I realized I would get payed $700 and that means putting that into my savings.
As we walked outside, I started to see how humid Salzburg was. The sun stung my face and I had a feeling my hair would be frizzy. I could imagine how much Lana would complain.
"I brought some non-frizz hair spray. It was just an in case-er but now that I see the weather, we definitely need it". She laughed.
We walked through a little crowd of people and didn't know where to go until someone waved their hand out to us.
We walked over to him and I prayed that he spoke english.
"Uh hello are you two Ashley and Lina?" He said. I laughed as Lana corrected him.
We both nodded and he sighed in relief. "Thank God. Ryan told me to look for two girls and one with purple hair. Trust me, you don't even know how many girls with purple hair came by." He said.
We laughed and I realized that that guy's name was Ryan. He looks more like a John though.
"Well, my name's Robert and I'm actually Ryan's best friend. And if he told you that I'm a taxi driver, he's wrong. I just drive famous people wherever they wanna go and get good bucks from it.
"So you're basically a taxi driver for famous people? And now that I think of it, Ash, we're famous". Lana said.
I nodded and he opened the door for us. "I'm only here for vacation and Ryan always asks me for favors." He talked again.
I realized how tired I was and just yawned a "that's cool" to him.
"Hey hey, if you're getting tired of my stories then hows about some music" He laughed as he turned on the radio.
Of course, we didn't understand the language and Lana and I sat there for about 30 minutes through it all.
Until we got to the hotel
