Chapter 5

Kaliah's P.O.V (Neverland)

Pan's words still ring through my head, The first Lost Girl. That just sounded weird to me. I wasn't lost, I was just misunderstood. I was tougher than all his wimpy boys as well. Pan had taken my dagger from me and checked me for weapons, to be safe. It meant I couldn't kill one of his Lost Boys or escape.

I wanted to slit his throat so bad, he was so annoying and cocky as hell. If he ever gave me a chance I would. I hadn't seen him for the whole day, he must've had something very important to deal with. He also had been very distracted, he and Felix would go talk to each other in the forest a bunch of times and Pan would come out very angry. They were like two criminals, technically they were kidnappers. Felix never smiled, he always had a straight face and was so serious, always was barking orders when Pan wasn't around. Pan was even worse though, he would push me down just to see me struggle and keep sword fighting me, he was good. But he couldn't know that I was good or he would keep me away from swords and I wouldn't even have a chance. I haven't done it yet because he would see me, so I would have to have him distracted somehow.

I was so lost in thought I didn't even notice a Lost Boy named, Luca, was talking to me until he kept on saying my name. "Kaliah, Kaliah, Kaliah, Kaliah, Ka-" I cut him off. "What Luca?" He frowned. "You weren't listening to a word I was saying, were you?" I shake my head guiltily. He sighed deeply. "I was saying that there was a new Lost Boy. I can't remember his name." He tapped his chin in thought. He pointed his finger in the air. "I remember! Atticus! His name is Atticus." I snap my head at him. "A-Atticus?" I ask hesitantly. He nods. "Yeah."

No, no, no, no. It must be a different Atticus, right? I mean there are other Atticus's, it can't be him. Can it? I have to see. "Where is he?" I ask. Luca stares at me. "With Devin and Kaden, why?" I was wonderd if it was him. "I just want to meet him." He nods. I get up and walk to find Devin and Kaden.

When I find them I see a familiar orange haired boy. I get angry and charge at him, punching him hard. I keep going and going, Kaden and Devin are trying to pull me off him but I don't budge. Suddenly a new pair of arms wrap around my waist and pull me off the boy. "Let me go!" I yell at the person behind me. "No, boys clean him up. I'm going to have a talk with our little Lost Girl." I recognized the voice as Pans. I struggle in his grip. "Pan! Let.Me.GO!" I yell. He shook his head. "I can't do that. You might kill him." I shrug. "So what?! He deserves it! He deserves to die!" He tightens his hold on my waist and picks me up. "Put me down." I say. "Nope, not going to happen. We need to talk about the problem with Atticus here." I sigh in defeat. "So, why did you try to kill him?"

I say lightly. "He cheated on me." He stopped walking. "He cheated on you? Wait, you guys were together?" I laugh. "Don't act so surprised. Yes we were together for a whole year. He cheated on me with some pretty chick named Celeste." He nods. "Sorry." I cock my head to look at him. "Oh, well, um, thanks. I guess." He smiles. "Alright well now that we got that settled you go hang with the Lost Boys, we'll talk again later." He sat me down and I walked back to the boys thinking of Pan's strange Behavior. I never did talk to him that night, I fell asleep before we had the chance.
